This review is not based off of the orthodontist considering we never made it that far. My daughter had a free consultation at the Braselton location which seemed okay. We received our "estimate" for my daughters treatment plan and when we started to ask questions about the price the lady at this location was extremely rude. I have worked in customer service in the financial industry for a very long time and can't imagine being so rude when people have simple questions.

I've wanted braces for years so I finally made the jump to get them. I found Serenity and I am glad I did. Ive always had anxiety when it came to my smile and my teeth and dentistry in general. They make sure I feel comfortable during my appointments. I can't wait to see how my smile turns out. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Everyone is very friendly and professional. When I got home from getting my bottom braces in, one bracket popped off a tooth. I went back to see them and was helped right away. I love how clean and quiet the office is. I highly recommend everyone to get their braces done here. Susan Podray and her staff are off the chart with customer service. (Two thumbs up)

Having braces as an adult was scary and intimidating for me, but Dr. Podray and her amazing staff made it easy peasy! Always making sure my questions were completely answered. So happy I chose Serenity for my braces! My smile looks better than I ever dreamed it could!! Thank you all!

I got my braces off here and although the experience was great, i am more insecure than before about my smile and my teethe aren't fully straight, my teeth are slanted and my smile isn't straight. Im so upset I ever agreed to come here

I am a retired Serenity patient, and my teeth used to be all over the place. Dr. Podray and her staff helped me on every step toward the journey to a perfect smile, and now I have one! I recently went back to get my nighttime retainers fixed, and Miss Mallory got it perfectly done in less than 2 minutes! I am really thankful for all the hard work the Serenity staff has put in for me through all these years.

I am a current patient of serenity orthodontics, and I couldn't recommend them more! They always provide great service, and the staff is always really kind and caring. Mallory has almost exclusively helped me with my braces, and she's always amazing and sweet!

My son's first set of braces were done elsewhere, but we decided to use Serenity for his second phase and have been very impressed. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful and we've had a great experience. I would highly recommend Serenity and we will definitely be returning for our daughter's ortho treatment.

I've been coming to Serenity Orthodontics for about a year and a half now, and their staff never ceases to amaze me. Someone who really sticks out and deserves 5 stars is Kari! Kari goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure you are happy with your experience. You know you are in good hands when she is taking care of you! She truly cares about how your teeth are advancing and will do anything to make sure it's in the right direction. She's so personable, kind, and willing to help.
