ive never written a review on anything before but this experience just hurt so much i had to. i went in for a root canal and was just so scared. ive never had a root canal done before and i'm pregnant so i already cry over everything and my nerves are always shot. i started crying and having a bit of a panic attack and the ladies were just so amazing and talked to me the whole time and made me feel so safe. then the dentist came in and just said "well im not going to work on your mouth if you're already acting like this." then walked away. so i asked if i could reschedule and the front desk lady said absolutely, no problem. then get a call saying the dentist doesn't want to do my root canal because i had a panic attack. im sorry but there's no empathy in that or just general understanding. i promised him i could do it the next appointment and i would better prepare myself but still no call back or anything. they know they're one of the only places that take my insurance and how much pain i was in from the abscess. just broke my heart he wasn't willing to give me one more chance or just sit down and have a conversation.:(

Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. The dentist is excellent. I highly recommend serenity dental.

As someone who has had more than their fair share of awful dental office experiences with *other* dental providers across my life, I am generally very skeptical when it comes to "sitting in the chair" at a new dentist. After being treated like discarded refuse by Lakeside Dentistry recently, simply because of who my insurance provider is, I am SO thankful to have found the saints at Serenity Dental. Everyone, and I do mean everyone I've interacted with at Serenity Dental has treated me with the utmost respect, kindness, professionalism and gentle care that someone with previous poor dental office experience can really benefit from. My only regret is that I didn't find these folks sooner. Their facility is immaculately clean, organized and they are taking all necessary SARS-CoV-2 precautions including wearing masks. Perhaps most importantly, is that everyone from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Welton himself... they all specifically take time to LISTEN THOROUGHLY to the patient. Whether it be concerns stemming from previous experiences with other providers, concerns about existing dental issues, or questions-- you are never talked over. The staff works diligently to make sure you remain as comfortable as possible throughout the entire office visit, not just initially when you're sat in the chair. We all know that sometimes the nature of certain dental procedures can be less than appealing. There's no way around it regardless of what provider you go to. Dr. Welton has cultivated a team of experienced professionals who are not only knowledgable at their craft, but work exceptionally well in-tandem with each other. This makes dental procedures extraordinarily efficient, and noticeably "lowers the temperature" of what could otherwise be a hectic "air" in other provider's offices. It's quite evident they enjoy doing what they do and are clearly passionate about their service to patients. I am very grateful to Dr. David Welton D.DS., P.C., and the entire Serenity Dental team for truly providing what should be the standard of remarkable care in dentistry.

My 18 year old neice was referred to Serenity from another dentist who said her tooth couldn't be saved and would need to be pulled. What a hidden gem Serenity turned out to be. Their office staff has been phenomenal and upon taking a look, the doctor said he was able to save her tooth. The level of care for their patients is truly top notch and as someone that has not been their patient, I can say without a doubt they care about their patients!! Thank you so much to the whole team at Serenity for the care and compassion shown to my neice who was very nervous and to Dr. David for showing how much you care about your patients and going above and beyond

I like this place and have found my place to go when needing any dental work and check ups done. I've waited over a decade to get my wisdom teeth removed and I finally did it here. I told them how long it's been because frankly I was scared to go. They talked and walked me through everything and definitely brought my anxiety down. I was prescribed everything I needed for a smooth procedure and also a smooth recovery. I called so them many times leading up to my extraction day and they were always nice and helpful. I was just sitting in the chair during with not a care in the world. I didn't feel anything besides a little pressure here and there. It went by so quick with no complications or pain. The healing was fast and not much pain either. They have TV's you can watch in the ceilings when you lay back in the chairs. I also loved the waiting room it's so peaceful. It has a massage chair, a waterfall and a coffee and water station so waiting was nice. Also they called me back exactly at my scheduled time all times I went that was a plus. Setting up an appointment on the phone and in the office was easy and fast. They accept lots of insurance plans including Medicaid.

The staff here is fantastic! The Dr is genuine and honest, and truly cares about doing what's right for his patients. Highly recommend. Also, big plus is the waiting room has massage chairs!

This is the absolute BEST dentist office I have ever had the privelage of recieving services from! Everyone at Serenity Dental is beyond nice and courteous and every single one of them go above and beyond to help their patients with everything they can. They truly care. The dentist is so gentle and had some awesome tricks that made me not even feel the numbing shot that I was worried would really hurt. I felt nothing when having half my teeth filled with cavities which is super impressive! I thought one of my teeth was going to be a total loss and was going to have to be pulled and he not only completely fixed but he made it look brand new! The sweet lady at the front desk has gone above and beyond to help me with the prior authorization for my partials and the amazing staff helped me when I told them I was stressed about not being able to find a place to do my partials. They have been so supportive and reassuring during a time thats been really stressful for me. It's been a huge weight off my shoulders having them in my corner helping me. I will never be able to thank them enough. All of Serenity Dental has huge hearts and I appreciate everything they do for people and I will continue to go to Serenity Dental as long as I possibly can. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! Before having gone here I had so many bad experiences with dentists that it scared me from ever going to the dentist again. It's a miracle I found Serenity Dental.

I am so uncomfortable with dentists offices due to rough experiences in the past, but this is by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! All of the staff has a way of making you feel comfortable and excited. I am so proud to show off my new smile! They were able to get me in in short notice before my wedding day and I am so thrilled with my experience. Will definitely be making this my go to office. 110/10 , thank you guys!

Dr.David G. Welton, DDS Serenity Dental had a very Welcoming and Friendly staff. Dr. Welton was very informative and very nice,he made me feel right at home as if I was a friend. He provided excellent service, and his "fees" fit my budget! I could not have been happier with final results on my dental care. It was a relief to find a dentist with integrity! I would recommend his office to anyone.

Had 13 teeth pulled here. doc did a awesome job with no infections and hardly any swelling nor pain. great instructions and med timing was perfect. I wanted to wait 2 weeks before doing this review to make sure there were no infections. (2 hours in the chair). Im really pleased.... but since i have zero teeth now ill miss going back. HES GREAT!

The staff are so down to earth and fun. They seem like they are all so happy and enjoying what they do. Dr. Walton was in a great mood and it just seemed like he really cared about doing a great job. My old dentist repaired a chipped tooth and it was turning yellow. Dr. Walton got me all fixed up and I have a brighter smile for sure.
