Dr Neumann is the best and his assistants are fabulous! Nobody can come close to my fear of dentists,so if you do have fears, Serenity Dental is the place to go!

Not a place I'd go again and waste my time, money, or energy! I had went in a month ago due to a tooth issue that the dentist knew of and had me scheduled to get removed however I also had a cleaning appt schedule but canceled when I went in as I had other issues that needed to be handled with teeth before they cleaned them and the lady didn't cancel so I'm called a liar and put on some same day only appt list. The office manager is completely rude and called me a liar because she couldn't validate I canceled when I went in! Horrible communication and if the dentist would've done his job he would've removed tooth along time ago instead of trying to jump through loops and actually paid attention to his clients! Very disappointed!

Dr,Neumann did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and made sure I fully understood the next steps. To get my oral health back on track. Everyone here are super pleasant to work with. If you struggle with anxiety going to a dentist. I highly recommend coming here.

I have always had bad anxiety going to the dentist. So having to try someone new was a scary experience for me. The lady that prepped my teeth for a cavity did a great job and really helped distract me from being anxious. The dentist also was great at checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the filling

The service at Serenity Dental is always exceptional from the start with check in. Very friendly and always in upbeat mood throughout the office. My entire family goes here and continue to come back for the people.

In my opinion. If I could give this guy zero stars I would. This guy made me wait 20 minutes so he could small talk another patient who came after me. Would not provide services until I saw his conveniently placed friend next door. Who doesn't accept any insurance other than blue cross. And charges 50 bucks more than anyone else. But serenity did manage too bill me and my insurance, for services he never provided. In my opinion this man is a crook and you would be better served by another dentist.
