He is fully licensed to provide multiple levels of sedation dentistry, ranging from nitrous, or laughing gas, to IV sedation.
Dr. Taormina recommends that certain procedures be performed at regular dental visits as part of your proper dental hygiene. Serenity is the best dentist out there. I'm not a huge fan of the dentist but between the amazing staff and extra amenities to make you feel comfortable (massage chair, blankets, TVs) - this place is great.

I had not been to the dentist in a few years and when I walked into Serenity, I was greeted by Ann who was so warm, friendly, and professional. When it was time to sit in the chair, Justine explained everything and eased my anxiety...she can work on my teeth anytime. I will definitely be returning for Dr. Taormina to keep my smile beautiful.

This place is the best! They are so gentle, kind and friendly, it feels like you are visiting friends. They make sure you are comfortable and that you understand what's going on while they work in you. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work and they handle it so well. I highly recommend this practice!! I will never go anywhere else.

I had a horrible experience with a dentist a few years back and developed an almost irrational fear of them. But, I needed my teeth cleaned and thank goodness I went because I had a broken tooth that could have become infected. I picked Serenity because of the positive reviews, and I am so happy I did. Not only did I get my teeth cleaned but they scheduled me quickly to have the tooth removed before any infection set in. Not only was the experience completely comfortable the doctor heard me when I explained that due to gastric bypass it is difficult to manage pain. He heard me and sent a prescription in so I had appropriate pain control. Amazingly I needed one pill and woke up the next morning feeling great. No pain, no bleeding, and I went to work like nothing happened. I cannot recommend Serenity enough and I won't go anywhere else! Trust me, this is a choice you won't regret whether you have anxiety or not they are so kind and they listen which makes them the best in my book!

They are the best! As soon as you walk in you can tell they take pride in their office, it's beautifully decorated & you are welcomed right away! The front end staff are super friendly & helpful, the hygienist all clean my teeth better than any other dentist office I've went to. There are also extras, like massage chairs. Dr. Taormina is friendly & thorough, he even checked up on me after a procedure to make sure I was ok before the holidays!

This place left me speechless. After leaving my dentist in New Jersey that I had been using for 25 years, I never thought I would be comfortable enough to use anyone else. How wrong I was. I was highly recommended to Serenity Advanced Dentistry from a close friend that I trust. He said why are you traveling 2 hours when you have the best right here. There were never more true spoken words than those. Not only is Dr Taorino a master of Dentistry, he is kind and makes you feel like you are his only patient. The staff is also amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient, and will do absolutely anything to make you feel comfortable. The office is clean and all the equipment is state of the art including the heated, massaging dental chairs. I could go on and on but all I can say is give them a try and you too.will be running home to write the same review I just wrote.

Just had my first appointment today and all I can say is WOW! This is not a dentist! This is a whole mind, body, and soul experience! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The staff is SO friendly! And Dr. Gregg is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. I actually look forward to coming back!

Over the last five years, Serenity Advanced Dentistry has offered my wife and I outstanding, consistent, high quality service from dental professionals. All members of staff are kind, polite, caring and take care of you both as a patient and as a person. Not once have I received anything other than kindness and the best quality of care. Staff continue to take training courses, so are always up to date on the latest techniques in dental care. Attention to high standards of medical protocol, especially during this time of the pandemic, instills confidence. Waiting to be called in for an appointment with good social distancing enforced. Staff wearing N95 masks, (plus face shields depending upon procedure). Staff also change into different clothing upon entering and leaving the building. The treatment rooms have ultra-violet lights for disinfection in every room. Time is allowed between patients for the air cycling and disinfection of the treatment room. Then there is the comfort, the reclining treatment couches with optional heat and massage, helps with the anxiety and nerves, relaxing you. The whole building has been tastefully decorated and well designed, it is a nice space. Not once in five years have I ever received anything other than the highest quality care, for which we are both most grateful. Everyone in this business family is nice to know and we benefit from their loving care. Thank you Dr. Gregg Taormina and all members of your staff.

Had my first appointment with Serenity Dental today and it was very, very good. I have a phobia of the dentist and have been avoiding seeing a dentist for over a year. The staff got me in the day after I called. I felt relaxed and had a great experience, despite my anxiety about the dentist.

I can honestly say this is the first dentist I actually look forward to my appointments with! Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. I have been searching for a solution for my teeth for over a year and this was the first dentist who was able to listen to me and help me find a solution when I thought there was none. They go above and beyond to make sure that their patients are happy and are so knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful that I found them, and I recommend them to every single person I know!

If I could rate Serenity Dental with more than 5 stars, I would! The entire team are SUPER friendly, helpful, and truly care about giving you a good experience. Because of past experiences, I have a very big fear of getting dental work done because even with novacaine, I can also feel the dental work. I am a nervous wreck up until the day I go in. Dr Toarmina and Ann the treatment coordinator have given me several options to take this anxiety away for my next dental work. I can get laughing gas or the twilight anesthesia next time. A week or so ago I was having pain in my left ear and was nervous that it could be an infected tooth. I called and spoke with Ann. It was the last day they were seeing patients before the office was closed for 1 week. I think she heard the panic in my voice and figured out a way to squeeze me in. Dr Toarmina did an X-ray and gave me the reassurance my pain was most likely not dental related. The whole team is so welcoming. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly, so much so the dental hygenist visited her nephews while I was in the waiting room. She turned and sneezed in my direction and yep I had Covid 10 days later. 11/2019. Just bad sanitary situation. Dr. gave me herpes which he covered with a mask at my consultation but not my procedure. They also highly urged eye covers and yep, I came down with pinkeye. They dug the thing out of a filthy basket. Just say no to that. I did for what it mattered. Finally while all seemed well at the time, I came down with a raging long term strep infection in my jaw. All in all, while things went well from a dental POV, but this firm damaged my long term health.
