It's that time of year again to see my dental hygienist at Serene Smile in Fredericksburg. Her name is Sarah, and oh my heart! She is someone special. She is professional, thorough, kind and a wonderful woman. You can feel the warmth of her heart and the care and thoughtfulness in the way she interacts with you. She makes you feel like you are the most important person to her at that moment. It was such a pleasure to talk to her. I love her.

Hands down the best experience at any medical center I've been to. Dr and EVERY Staff member are a pleasure to deal with. I have an extremely crazy work schedule and they have been understanding and courteous in dealing with a patient that has trouble remembering what day my appointment is. Very professional staff. Actually enjoy going to the dentist for my treatments. Which is definitely different from past experiences!

THE BEST!! Rarely does a medical office combine both medical professionalism -AND- kindness, courtesy, compassion, and genuine smiles. Serene Smiles does both! The entire practice is wonderfully, almost obnoxiously happy, and they are all fantastic professionals. It's THE perfect practice! My entire family loves it here! My 9 and 11 year olds want to work here. It's THAT good. There aren't enough stars to properly rate this place!

No better place to go. While this was my first visit, and called because of tooth pain, they were able to work me in the same day. Doc was amazing and very thorough in his explanation without pushing for unnecessary things. We found our new local dentist!
