I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Agadi was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Agadi really loves what she does. I had a great experience and have been coming back regularly. One of the best!!

Kudos to Dr. Agadi and staff at Serene Smiles Dentistry! This is the best dentist I've had encountered so far. They're always very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Agadi is very thorough in her explanation of what's going on with your dental health and she looks out for you! I loved how they take care of me like I'm their own family. The staff was AMAZING! Jazlin was very friendly & welcoming! I can tell Dr. Agadi is very passionate about doing what it takes to get you on the right path for your dental journey! She is very informative & breaks down each procedure or recommendations that she has! Thank you guys!

This is the best dentist I have ever been too without a doubt! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating, and the Doctor does fabulous work while demonstrating that she both knows her craft and cares about her patients. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Kudos to Dr. Agadi and her team! Her calm and gentle chairside manner always puts me at ease. Whether it be a regular cleaning or root canal, she has always explained what was happening and assured me that my comfort during whatever procedure was first and foremost. Thanks Dr. Agadi for making every visit a positive experience!

Dr. Agadi is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and recieve the best dental care she can offer. The office is clean and the assistants are very helpful. I would recommend Dr. Agadi to anyone in DFW who is looking for a high quality dental experience.

Horrible experience, I was there for over an hour while they tried to gouge me for every service possible whether I needed it or not. I would not recommend them to anyone. I found out later that they did the same thing to others.

Absolutely beautiful staff! Real Professional Place! From the moment I walk in I was greeted with comfort as if I was family! I went there for a routine dental exam....and decided to let the dentist know I was having a problem also with existing crown I've had done before coming to their place.To make a long story short I no longer have that problem no more for the fact that Serene Smile Dentistry(Shilpa Agadi)performed the work that was needed to resolve the problem I was having! I look forward to getting more Dental Work Performed here in the future! Due to the fact that an EXCELLENT JOB WAS DONE AND THE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT FROM THE WHOLE STAFF MAKES IT EASY TO MAKE SERENE SMILES DENTISTRY MY PERMANENT DENTIST!

She told my i needed 3 fillings, 2crowns to be replaced, a deep cleaning because my gums were in such bad shape I went to another dentist and he said I had no cavities, both crowns were good and my gums were fine Definitely get a second opinion!!!

Dr. Shilpa Agadi is the consummate professional with a wonderful bedside manner. When I needed two teeth removed, she ensured that I was pain-free and comfortable. When I had high blood pressure upon follow-up, she urged me to get that checked out. Dr. Agadi cares about her patients.

By far the best dental experience I have had in a while. Supper friendly staff up front . Hanna was very thorough explainibg the charges and what was and was not covered by insurance. Dr. Agadi is amazing. I was impressed enough with my treatment that I brought both my sons to her office. Dr. Agadi was gentle with my 17 year old who was nervous. She talked him through the entire deep cleaning procedure. He is ready to go back. :)

Dr. Shilpa Agadi was a very good doctor. I got my wisdom teeth taking out and she answered any questions I had before and after I got them out. She told me everything thing that was gonna happen before she did something so that I knew and wouldn't freak out or worry about anything. I had no paid get the teeth pulled. The whole staff was very friendly and nice and answered any other questions I had.
