One of the greatest people & dentist, I have ever known.Cares about all of her Patient . Not just a few.Jf you want a good dentist, this is the one.If you are looking for someone that thinks you need priority because you think you are great, then go somewhere else.

Always excellent service. My dental hygienist is the Ali and Dr A dentist are always concerned besides my care but my pocketbook also. Front desk gal Leigh who runs everything has such knowledge of insurance and is so organized. Makes everything run smooth. They are the Best

Unreliable dentistry. Cancelled my appointment that was scheduled months prior an hour before my appointment via text due to an "emergency" then said they cant reschedule because they are moving offices. This impacts now my ability to get scheduled work done with my orthodontist and using the funds in my hsa account before the end of the year. Serene Dental made no attempt to help reschedule in a timely manner. They said they were moving offices and have no equipment available. (Their words not mine!) I wanted to reschedule as I still have a week before my orthodontist visit. Lee (front desk) then told me that I wasn't a good fit for your practice because you cancelled my appointment and couldn't reschedule. I hung up on your rude staff after she continued to reiterate the same message repeatedly that she wasnt going to help. Serene Dental- After all that, I cannot confirm nor deny whether some of my less than proffessional vocabularly and emojis were sent via text. However this was well AFTER they bailed on my appointment and would not reschedule. While very suspicious that their "emergency" resulted in them working a half day before their week long vacation in the midst of them also changing offices. I did give them the benfit of the doubt and option to reschedule. Former Serene dental client

Great staff - listened to me about how much anxiety I have about the dentist and they made sure it was a pleasant experience. They are like a well oiled machine!

I am very grateful to have found them. I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about each person I've interacted with. I'm horrible with names, but I know that their office manager is the best and always friendly, the hygienist I've been teamed with is gentle and informative, and oh goodness how do I say enough positive things about Dr. Shahgaldi!!! Not only did she help me prevent sensitivity and pain during procedures, but I have had a discolored tooth since I was a teenager that I had more or less just accepted but was embarrassed by. It looks amazing now and was such a simple fix! I cant stop smiling. Thank you all, I will be recommending you far and wide

Everyone in this office was so helpful and kind. I was referred here for myofunctional therapy for lifelong tongue and jaw disfunction. Dr. Shahgaldi performed a frenectomy (tongue tie release) and lip release and the results were quickly noticeable and better than I ever thought possible. She was very considerate during the procedure and follow-up, giving great aftercare treatment and instructions. My SLP measured me at 85% improvement in function within a day of Dr. Shahgaldi completing the surgery. Definitely recommend for anyone seeking these types of procedures!

Updating review after a couple visits: Originally gave this place a 5-star review based on first impressions (and the fact that the office has postings all over essentially begging for a Google review and promising a vague "reward" for doing it while you're there; there is no reward and each person I asked about it acted like they had never heard of such a thing) - during my second visit, which was to be a routine cleaning/exam, I was advised that the previous visit's imaging was not covered by insurance (the opposite of what was advised the day they did the imaging) and I was charged nearly $250 out of pocket. Fool me once. Fast forward a few weeks and I get the itemized breakdown from my insurance for the routine cleaning/exam only to find that they added a few items that were neither approved nor performed, (and not covered by insurance) and they want me to pay an additional $150 for no reason. After calling and advising them of these fraudulent charges, and that I had been in touch with both the insurance company and an attorney, I was told they would call me back by the end of the day regarding my concerns. I soon received an email with a new statement showing a zero balance, and no mention or explanation of the fraudulent items. Needless to say, I'm taking the loss of the original charges, and walking away at least knowing they won't get another dime from me. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BURNING MONEY.

I was happy at my old dental office, but this place has gone above and beyond. Fantastic tips that helped fix my tooth sensitivity. They're very knowledgable and sympathetic to sensitivities.

My experience at Serene was top notch! I have severe dental anxiety and have had trouble finding a dentist that offers sensation relief. Serene offers Nitrous treatments to help cope with anxiety during treatments. I was put at ease by Dr. Thakker and supporting staff, including Nastasha. I honestly can say I am looking forward to my next visit and cleaning. I never thought I would say that about a dental appt. Thank you so much Serene Dental!

Unfortunately, you never know who your dentist will be when you attend an appointment here. My wife went expecting to be seen by Dr. Shahgaldi and upon arrival my wife was told she would instead be seen by a dentist who had just been hired. Attend at your own risk.
