I initially came here because I chipped a tooth and they were able to accommodate me the next day and did a fantastic job. The doctor was terrific. Then later I had cleanings done and the hygienist that did my cleanings was an extremely skilled professional and they were the best dental cleaning experiences I've had. If you live in Fremont I highly recommend this dentistry.

I have had a wonderful experience at Serene Dental, with Dr. Sapna including all her staff (especially Arti)very gentle, polite and caring. She has been a wonderful doctor for my kids since they were small. I have used her services for many years and would highly recommend her for both kids and adults. Thanks for always being there when we need you! Appreciate your work and services.

Highly Recommend! I visited Serene Dental- Fremont after spending a week suffering from a continuously throbbing pain in my tooth, swollen face and pulsating jawline. Meanwhile, I called several other dentists for an emergency appointment but nobody showed any interest beyond X-ray and recommendations. I called Serene Dental at around 10:00 AM and they got me in at 10:30 AM, immediately started the treatment and fixed the problem within minutes. I appreciate their response to emergencies. Everyone in the office was skilled, friendly and a delight. They have modern, state of the art equipment and very systematic way of performing treatment. Overall, very pleasant experience!

I was experiencing intense pain and needed an emergency root canal, and they scheduled me right away to get me to come in as soon as they opened. Great service!!!

I have been going to Serene Dental on and off for about 17 years. I moved away and used a dentist closer to me and that was a huge mistake. I went running back to Serene, at this point the ONLY dentist I trust. She has a great staff, especially her knowledgeable hygienist. I don't think my teeth have ever been cleaned like that. I want to express the importance of going to an office that has knowledgeable staff, good people working for them. Dr. Sapana DOES not upsell services. Her practice is very very busy, has always been, so she has no need to. My daughters do not have dental coverage and she charges them very reasonable prices as compared to other dentists. So anything you read about "over charging" is just BS. These are kind and honest people.

They wasted my time. They were closed after giving me an apointment. I called them to check and someone told me that they were out for lunch and told me to wait for 5 mins. I really needed this appointment so I waited outside but it took them almost 30 mins to get there. When the doctor finally arrived she made me wait another 20 mins. The appointment was a first consult (I needed a second opinion on an important issue) so I was told that I will not be charged for the initial consult but later she completely changed and said that they charge $200. I mean just be upfront and don't lie to your patients. Not trustworthy or professional.

Excellent staff, from the hygienist down to the scheduling clerk. I called in with a dental emergency in so much pain. I was scheduled an hr out...showed up an sat 5mins. Entire 3tier visit took under an hr. I highly recommend. Comforting an knowlagable staff an very clean facility

Everyone here is really nice and helpful. You can tell all the workers are like a family and when you walk in, they make you feel part of the family, making sure you are always comfortable. Not only that but of course they are all extremely knowledgeable and keep you informed too. They keep everything super sterile and everyone here is vaccinated too. I wouldn't go anywhere else after coming here. It's the best experience you can have at the dentist!

I made an appointment for my wisdom tooth. I was hesitant at first to come to this clinic. Upon arriving, you're gonna be warmly greeted by their receptionist. You will fill up some forms if it's your first time coming to the clinic. If you have an appointment, the receptionist can send you the forms beforehand in order to make the process that much quicker. The dentist, Dr. Majmudar, is very nice. She made sure that I was well informed with what I needed to do and referred me to a specialist for my wisdom tooth surgery. Overall, it was worth coming to this clinic especially for someone who doesn't have an insurance and have no idea of how dental clinics work.

I appreciate the thoroughness and perfectionism in their care and very personal care it's like a family .Dr Sapana is very thoughtful and will not settle unless it's perfect as well as Dr. G . The rest of the staff ghazal , arti and rest of the staff were so caring and supportive. I had my cleaning today it was so good that I felt so comfortable and no pain at all a very professional care thanks so much . I so love them. Thank you so much i highly recommend your services.

Arrived 2 minutes before appointment time. They check safety seriously. Receptionist first check body temperature. Immediately I was directed to treatment room. I was given a hydrogen peroxide solution as disinfectant to remove bacteria. . . Entire staff was wearing protective clothing. All reusable items were sterilized and/or disinfected. Dr was nice and answered all my questions. At each step, I was explained safety precautions to guard against COVID-19. They wanted me to feel comfortable about my safety. Service was professional and great.

I'm so glad I found Serene Dental. Everyone is so great in their respective areas, from the reception all the way to the dental staff and doctors. They are very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining to me about my procedures and the different options that I have. The first time I went was for a cleaning, and I felt that I just took my mouth to a spa for teeth and gums. I absolutely love the extra care that they gave.

I have visited this dentist on two occasions so far. From my very first conversation I have been extremely pleased. The prompt response to my emergency, the efficiency, the careful nature and the excellent service will cause me to continue to be treated here. I actually am excited about getting the teeth I desire. It's been a long journey back to the dentist and honestly I couldn't have been led to a better place. I'm very thankful for the spirit of excellence this dentistry upholds.
