Dr. Ali Mansouri and Dr. Shery Mansouri are board certified dentists who have been serving Irvine patients with top quality dentistry services. It is unfortunate, that, after reading the reviews from Serene Dental and the nice recommendations provided in the same. The reality of the surreal takes place, as I experienced, the most unprofessional, neglected and questionable diagnosis and treatment. As well, as unnecessary testing, such as, repetitive CT Scans that lack medical justifications for their performance, to my understanding. Moreover, the treatment was for dental implants, which according to their website and reviews, they claim to be experts in the field. Based on my treatment and experience, I wonder how many of these reviews are truthful and or if I was discriminated against, and as a result neglected. This office not only lacks professionalism but also jeopardizes my health and my life due to disrupted or wrongfully manipulated treatment and communication to the pharmacy. As well as after surgery follow ups, where my calls were not answered, and the office was only able to communicate with me via email. As a side note, my calls were ignored multiple times and I had to visit the office in person in order to get answers. It makes sense to have a balance of truthful reviews for this office, reason why, I am writing this review to provide a different source of information for potential future patients to avoid the risk and look for a different option. Since this office may only select their patients they want to treat with extreme bias under a professional medical license.

My experience this week at Serene Dental Center was very calming and thorough. As a senior, I was dreading going to the dentist but all went well. I was treated so kindly that I relaxed totally and the entire experience was with kind professionals. The visit went fast and I had no reason to be nervous. Thank you to all who helped me.

Awesome experience. Went in for a simple cleaning appointment. They took care of cleaning both mine and my wife's retainers. They also did a lot of education which I sincerely appreciate.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dentist office. The staff is very friendly and professional and they make you feel at home when you are there.. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see my dentist.It is a family run business.. The dentist are a husband and wife team that are also very nice and are excellent at what they do.

I always have the best experience @ Serene Dental! The staff are helpful, friendly, and well organized. The dental technicians are informative, gentle and care about what they do, and the Docs themselves are always phenomenal. You can tell the practice cares about the customer experience and there is a lot of thought that goes into how the practice is run to ensure overall satisfaction for the patient.

Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Ali diagnosed my problem, came up with a reasonable treatment plan and with my consent went forward with the first steps and performed the extraction painlessly. The office is well oiled machine. Excellent service.

Five Stars + Dr Mansouri performed a procedure yesterday , He did a super perfect job I may sound overrating , BUT it is an established fact , this morning I feel as if I did not do any thing Swallowing went from 100 to 9 % Bleeding stoped after three hours last night Pain was tough yesterday , by night pain reduced to 10% I could feel though I was num , how careful he was filling all kind of needed antibiotic , collagen , bone for the future / implant procedure All were superb Thank you Dr Mansouri as well as to Dr Sheree Mansouri All staff who helped

The entire staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Dr Ali and his dental hygienist were very attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience with this office.

My appointments are always on schedule I bearly have time to turn around before I'm called. I see the same hygienist and she is very thorough and gentile in her cleanings. She keeps me very informed about the health of my teeth. My teeth and gums are doing great. Thanks Serene Dental.
