YIELD!! LOOK BOTH WAYS before proceeding!!! I made a mistake: I called, had insurance coverage verified, for this initial visit, made an appointment, showed on time. Very unprofessional: Dentist dressed in casual, beach type attire. Put on a Doctor's coat! Seemed very rushed, all patients are the same attitude. Seemed like a "spoiled half rich kid". I lost any confidence. Office manager seems interested in high end DEALS$$, not patients best interests. Not a people person. So, Why work with people, especially in healthcare? Need a job?? I understand SAD! How much lower can " Healthcare " go!

Got a root canal done here and instead of being good , it got Infected... they take forever to do a root canal. They always talking while doing work.. Dr. Keep injecting my gum with anastasia . It took 5 hours for my Anastasia to be gone completely. I wouldn't recommend. They only see money plus they got ppl working there that ain't certified.

This place Serene Dental care Lakewood is worse staff, never trust them what they saying, I went their to check , because one of other dentist from Children building on south street, he is saying Dr . Arafat , something mess up my whole teeth for just obtaining money from medical and take my all teeth from my mouth, somebody recommended me to go Serene, one lady Dr . Check my mouth and give me the estimate for $24000// and $50000/- for that I need on the paper , because someone helping me to done implant , but the staff promise me to send detailed email, but in three week no one email me , when I go back after three week , the lady at front saying I will send you now , but that was too late the person who helping me was gone back to his country after wating that long , I send them an email address to the senior , till date no reply, so this kind of lazy staff work in that place , so please if by mistake someone enter that office always talk to the owner , front staff was the worse , but the lady doctor who work in the morning worst than that . Kindly find better place if you need any thing to fix your teeth.

Great Service and quick attention to my immediate needs. Filling came off and was taken cared of right away. I like these guys and I highly recommend them!!!

This was the worst experience I've had at a dentist. I've had a root canal before and it wasn't as painful as these dentist left me. I had a crown done with them and they left me with what they said is an "ulcer" from everything they did to me. I came back and said I was in soo much pain I couldn't eat solids and the dentist seemed mad that I went back her toned of voice was rude and said that it's all normal well it's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't healed. The communication was so horrible as well they gave me a porcelain crown and I was never asked if I wanted other wise. The dentist were rude both times I was there they were in a hurry to leave and another was late for her pilates class. Again I will never attend this dentist that was my first and last time going here.

about 2 weeks ago , i had called serene dental in so much pain ! my call was answered by susan who was super patient, kind, & caring ! i was fustrated from the pain and if i had to admit, i was kind of rude but susan was understanding and went right into how she could help me. she told me she has to give me a call back in about 30 minutes so she can speak to her doctor about how exactly they could help and when she could get me in. i didn't expect a call back from this office , as my family doctor's office always say they will return my call and or give me a call back etc and never have they ever called me back ! it was always me calling and reminding them about a call back i never received ! so this office and their service was very much appreciated ! i will definitely be recommending this office to my family and friends !

Had to wait a little longer than I wanted but other than that they did an excellent job and I hate the dentist highly recommended.

Serene dental care has by far been the best dentist Ive ever been too, the entire staff was super helpful, friendly and welcoming i had trouble filling out forms and the receptionists were so kind and patient with me helping me fill out my forms, the assistants were all super friendly and nice and gentle as well as the dr who thoroughly explained all the work i needed done and not to mention they work with financial companies which i loved so i was able to pay for my treatment with no issue, i for sure reccommend this dentist for anyone looking or trying to switch

This office is awesome! I have bad anxiety going to the dentist and everyone here made me feel comfortable! They helped to calm my anxiety, so grateful for Dr. Mary-ann everyone is so welcoming I would recommend this office for-sure.

My mom had planned an appointment for me and let's just say I needed a lot of work done and Im not a big fan of dentists so I was pretty scared to get anything done but the doctor helped me throughout the whole process keeping my mind off it which I was thankful for.

I really want to thank all the staff and especially the doctor who helped me get out of pain. The office was really busy when I came in as a walk in and they STILL squeezed me into their schedule and were just so amazing. I couldn't be more grateful! I will be returning to continue treatment! Thank you Serene!

I hate the dentist but this spot had me feeling otherwise the dr was super gentle and the receptionist was smokin hot
