Dr. Ly took over the practice after the retirement of Dr. Sepe, who was just the best! I felt cautious of a new dentist, but Dr. Ly is great, with a calm, confident, and caring demeanor. Many of the wonderful staff stayed over from Dr. Sepe and it's very nice to see them. The physical office is very pleasant and the dental chairs are comfy. Worth traveling to Ridgefield from downtown Vancouver :)

This is a warm, friendly, competent, and professional dentist office. I've been going there for my families care over 25 years (formerly Dr. Sepes). I've always been very pleased with the overall service I received until my last visit. I felt my hygienist was informative and skilled but lacked empathy and tact. I left feeling like I had failed an exam and had been chided for not giving more attention to my oral care when I have just gone through loosing my husband. I swear some days it was hard to get out of bed let alone floss every day My interactions with the hygienist just rubbed me the wrong way while the dentist was warm, compassionate and skilled.

I'm a former patient of Dr. Ly's from where he previously practiced. Very pleasant experience. His new staff are all very kind & caring. My hygienist Laura took the time to explain charting and what the numbers mean without me even asking her too, which was very appreciated and informative.

Dr. LY and his entire staff (top to bottom) are not only professional while providing a comfortable atmosphere while in "the chair", but they exude a caring for their patients which exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ly's after hours accessibility during an emergency need is what impressed me the most about him as not only my dentist, but as a considerate human being! My first time meeting Dr. Ly and Staff this morning. They are awesome, very polite and professional. I highly recommend them and you will be treated well. They take the time to talk with you and answer questions. I didn't feel rushed at all.

I've been going to Dr Ly for more than thirteen years. When I first discovered him I was visiting in town for the weekend from Seattle when I had a Dental emergency. I have anxiety with dental work and he was able to show me alternatives to local anesthesia and in the end he administered conscious sedation for my procedure and it was like the heavens had opened for me to the fact that I could have dental care without pain! From that moment I was hooked and I began driving from Seattle to see him for all of my dental needs. He is so patient, and friendly and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable with each of my dental procedures. Each time he patiently discusses with me the procedures needed and we make a unique plan for the current visit to keep me comfortable. I've now moved to Vancouver and it was such an easy decision when I knew I would have the best dentist in town. I have since introduced my immediate family, parents, grandparents and my children also to Dr Ly. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr Ly!
