Sensational Smiles is absolutely wonderful! The whole staff there is top notch. They are very knowledgeable of your needs and are so friendly that they make you feel like family. Best dental office ever. Very professional and efficient. Has a masters touch, removed a nasty molar that had gone bad. Never felt any pain! Can't beat that. If you are looking for a better dental experience then at check out the team at Sensational Smiles of Charleston.

Appreciate the extra time and personal touch that was given even though I did'nt have an appointment. Everyone was still very concentrated about my needs. Blessed to have a trusting Denist and staff. Blessings over all of you!

I received a text soon after I left this dentist office and gave it 5 stars. I think I need to elaborate more on why I gave it 5 stars. My journey to this dentist office as a first time patient yesterday May 17, 2022 was indeed a journey. Before I entered, I prayed and asked God to please do not let another dentist butcher my mouth, do half the work on my mouth leaving me not able to smile anymore. When I entered in this office yesterday the first thing I notice was Christian music playing, the staff seemed to be having lots of fun, but I wasn't buying it because of past experiences. Fast forwarding without detailing the characteristics of what I thought about the staff named, Ms. Donnette, Ms. Katrina, and Dr. Rutecki, the dentist. Dr. Rutecki, came to me after Ms. Katrina did my exams, and cleaning of my mouth. My answers to his questions was kind of "yes" and "no" until my emotions got in the way and I found myself crying about my past experiences with dentist. I don't want to write a novel (smile) but I have to say my observation in conclusion is that this is the place I will be going to. Ms. Katrina was very kind and gentle in spite of my attitude coming in, and so was Ms. Donnette. Dr. Rutecki introduced me to his wife, who was very pleasant as well. We all go through things in life and unless we share them no one knows. Many of us hide behind a smile. However, no one deserves to be disrespected with someone else's bad attitude when they are simply trying to bring joy and comfort to your day. This office tried to do that with me. I apologized to Dr. Rutecki for my attitude towards his staff, I apologized to Ms. Donnette, asking her to let Ms. Katrina know, but Ms. Katrina, I apologize to you too. Dr. Rutecki please do not change anything about your office atmosphere or its staff, because somebody like me, or somebody else may need it. Dr. Rutecki, I will be back once I get my finances in order to have you help me with my smile. i do believe God brought me there. Much success to you all, God bless, Sandra.

What a BLESSING!!! From my initial call to schedule my appointment and throughout my first visit, I was truly amazed by how I was treated like family!! The Christian atmosphere was obvious the moment I stepped into the office and the Christian music was an added calm to my visit. After speaking with each member of the Sensational Smiles Goose Creek team I was overjoyed to see/hear how they are living out their Faith with their patients. They took time to listen to my dental concerns and provided options in obtaining my dental goals. I've found my forever dental office!!

Would recommend Dr. Rutecki to anyone needing extractions! Made sure i was completely comfortable and felt no pain. He was very patient even though my case was a little more complex than a simple extraction. His assistant Ms. Molina held my hand and gave me the best Southern comfort and reassurance that I'd be okay! Ms. Donnette made check in and scans a breeze and had my prescriptions ready for pick up by the time i got to the parking lot. Excellent service!

They come with things you were supposed to be for years,but never told me . Only due half of what they used to. Poor office conduct.

Husband & wife business. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and informative. Been going for 12 years. I've had everything from fillings, crowns and implants. Dr Rutecki stays up to date with technology and cutting edge cosmetic dentistry. I'm always satisfied with the work he does. As much as I just hate going to the Dentist, I just can't help myself :) 5 stars!

Katrina is an amazing dental hygienist! I'm not a big fan of the dentist, and she makes the process easy for me! Dr. Rutecki is always pleasant and gentle.
