Dr. Brenda Herrman is a 1990 graduate of the dental school at UMKC . In her first 20 years of practice, she branched into many aspects of dentistry including full cosmetic reconstruction, expanded assistant training, and emergency forensic identification. Dr. Brenda was voted Best Cosmetic Dentist in Springfield. Since selling her practice there in 2011, Dr. Brenda has enjoyed traveling as a 'locum tenens' dentist in addition to helping other practices as a Dental Practice Consultant. She enjoys learning new things in dentistry and teaching others as well! She is married to a chiropractor, Dr. Bret Herrman, and they have 2 grown children and three crazy cats. The family has spent many hours together volunteering on and off stage with Springfield Little Theater through the years. Dr. Brenda is an accomplished pianist and enjoys traveling with her family whenever possible.
Her 93-yr-old father is a veteran of WWII--a member of the elite Flying Tigers who fought in China. Honoring the military and our service veterans is very important to us here at Seneca Family Dental!
Dr. Katrina Wicklund is from Carthage, Missouri. Upon graduating from Carthage Senior High School, she attended Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. While at Drury, Dr. Katrina played volleyball for the Lady Panthers and later received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Katrina then headed to University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients which helps her to provide quality and truly personal care. Dr. Katrina loves spending time outdoors with her husband and three dogs, running, hiking, playing golf, and even water skiing. While at home, she enjoys trying new recipes, reading historical fiction, and watching sitcom reruns.

Couldn't believe how fast they got me in. I called yesterday and had an appointment today. Everyone was really friendly. They are cautious in treatment to make sure patients stay healthy. I really appreciated all that was done (and not done) today. Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to anybody. I now have to find a dentist to fix two teeth that this office messed up. I can no longer eat hard foods. Thats how bad my teeth they said they fix are now. I would like to give negative stars but this won't let me. The receptionist is an arrogant person. She doesn't answer the phone. Today I went for a refund that I told her I would come in for. She got very hateful because she already had it in an envelope to mail off. I needed this refund and I do appreciate that she filed out of network but I didn't ask her to do that. I get down there and the doors are locked no lights on and she goes out moves their trash can and sees me in my truck and drives away. I come home call down there and she's like "I didn't see anybody in the little red truck, so I went to get some lunch " Some of us have no money due to covid. I went back down there and told her to cancel my appointments I wouldn't step foot on their property ever again. There number is blocked on my phone and I used some very bad words to tell her all of this. This all happened because she was angry that she had to stay there on her time off and wait for me.
