When you have questions about your denture care, Selinsgrove Dental & Dentures will be there, every time. Our denture care center is located in Selinsgrove, PA, and we serve patients throughout Snyder County.

Removing your dentures at night will give your gums a chance to breathe and reduce the chances of swelling and inflammation. The longer you wear your dentures during the day, the better. It starts when you walk in the door. PERFECTION. From the ladies in the office, then onto their highly skilled Doctor and ALL of his associates, PERFECTION. Their compassion and understanding is second to none!!! Put your trust in them, You won't be sorry!!!

Not personally a place I would recommend to someone who has anxiety with dentistry. When I initially called, I explained that I get pretty severe anxiety when it comes to dental work. I was told by the receptionist, "everyone has that." No, ma'am, not everyone gets physically sick at the idea of going to the dentist. The office lacks privacy in my opinion. There's just half walls all over. You can actively just check in on other patients, if you'd like. The actual dentist was with me for maybe 2 minutes, recommended I go to Upenn and was sent off to speak to someone else, either the practice manager or a financial person, not totally sure. I did not feel like I was helped. I felt like I was just told what was wrong with my mouth, and here drive down to UPENN. The average person can't just take days off of work to drive to an ivy league uni for dental work. Will I return here, no, I won't.

Avoid if you can!! Had my top dentures done 2 years ago and paid $500? Out of pocket along with my dental insurance. Kept telling the dental hygienist that the mid line was off center. She insisted I was wrong and it was perfect. When doing the soft line, you can clearly see the dentures look as though I have them in crooked, but, again, kept telling me they were fine! Went back in August of this year, after I saved up enough money to get the bottom dentures done, and was charged $800? more plus my dental insurance. Went in to have them adjusted, today, and told them my tops are embarrassing because they are crooked. Was told I would have to pay an additional $400 to have that fixed, after it was there screw-up! Now they want me to pay another $294 to finish the bottoms!! They are overcharging my insurance co. and making me pay more out of pocket. Do yourself, and your wallet, a favor, go anywhere else but there!!

My experience has yet to go beyond a simple X-Ray and consultation. However every member of staff seemed to be impressively hard at a work they are clearly familiar with. Even more impressive, to me, was any given staffs ability to be thrown into their work whilst happily haulting everything for any if my questions etc. and seamlessly diving right back into work. I'm dont have a fear of the dentist but i used to and theyre not my favorite. But my Doc and I laughed a bit Vs. Sitting there anxious. Bottom line, I took the time to write this(Which I certainly wouldnt do if it was simply to complain) andd I wouldn't mind returning.

Overall, I had a good experience at Selinsgrove Dental and Dentures. I felt that the staff, specifically one person, was very unprofessional and it was chalked up to it being a "Monday". Otherwise, from the lady at the front desk, to the assistant, to the hygienist, and dentist; everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They also offered me a comprehensive treatment plan. I have yet to get scheduled for the work needed, waiting for insurance to go through, but I plan to follow up with my treatment plan with Selinsgrove Dental and Dentures.

This past week, I had my initial appointment at Selinsgrove Dental and Dentures. I am ashamed to admit it, but it has been quite some time since I have been to a dentist. After having a few unpleasant experiences elsewhere, I had a fear of going. I would get anxious just thinking about sitting in that chair. I knew that the time had come to get my teeth taken care of though. I knew if I made the decision to cancel my appointment, it would just be a matter of time before the mouth pain would take over. I wouldn't be able to think about anything else. I didn't sleep at all the night before, due to anxiety. I worried about the pain that I would be in during chair time, the cost of all of the dental work that I needed, and how I would be treated, because I neglected my teeth. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, my heart was racing, I was nervous, and when they checked my blood pressure, it was higher than ever before. I explained my concerns and my anxiety, Everybody was so nice. Nobody was judgmental. I even got a big hug from one of the girls. I thought that was real sweet. Imagine that...a hug during COVID times. They set up a payment plan for me. It is affordable even. It put my mind at ease. I feel so comfortable now. I went from having anxiety to being excited about getting my smile back. I can hardly wait for my next appointment in a few days.

The team at Selinsgrove Dental provides quality care that is affordable. I had a tooth that desperately needed pulled and they got me in quickly. The staff was kind and the dentist was amazing. I have never had an extraction and I was so nervous but the dentist put me at ease. I have had very poor dental experiences in the past so I have been reluctant to go regularly, that has changed. I can't imagine going anywhere else now!

I finally found a dentist that will listen and not make me waste money to keep coming back. Everyone was wonderful and nice. It may take me 40 minutes to get to the office but it is well worth it.
