Dr. Cope earned his doctorate from the University of Maryland, where he also completed his specialty training in prosthodontics. Dr. Cope has been practicing since July 1994. To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Cope maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, American College of Prosthodontics and Central Susquehanna Valley Dental Association.
Dr. Cope is very active in his local church and has volunteered on several committees as well as served on various committees of the wider church. Dr. Cope and his wife, Jodi, reside in the Selinsgrove community. They are the proud parents of Matthew, Jonathan and Ricky. When not providing dental care to the community, he enjoys spending time with his boys and attending their sporting activities.
Dr. General graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2000. He has been practicing dentistry for 16 years. To remain current on the latest dental procedures available, Dr. General maintains memberships with various professional organizations, such as the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and Central Susquehanna Dental Association.

I have gone to Selinsgrove Dental Arts since I was a little girl (I'm now 26) and I have never had a negative experience. Dr. Cope is wonderful and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional. I had Dr. General for the first time today and I have no complaints with him either. The practice is very clean, comfortable, and followed COVID-19 safety protocols during the pandemic. I will continue to seek care here as long as I live in the area.

My 92 year old father-in-law who has some senility and is hard of hearing and would be considred a difficult patient in many practices, always leaves the office and his first words are " they are so nice, they really treat me well." ( he rarely makes such positive comments) As a former dental assistant I know their dental work is as good as their communication skills....so to have a caring staff and do quality dental care, you've hit an exacta.

I took my 3 children to selinsgrove dental arts on 3 separate occasions. Each time was worse than the last. A few of the staff were rude and arrogant to me. They spoke disrespectfully to me in front of other patients and my children. It saddens me that people can treat eachother this way for no reason at all. I do not reccomend selinsgrove dental arts and will never step foot in there again.

I visited Selinsgrove Dental Arts in 2015, and am just writing the review now because of how much it stuck with me. I have pretty severe anxiety of going to the dentist and I expressed this very politely to the dentist seeing me that day. He basically laughed at me and asked me how old I was! Like I was too old to have anxiety about the dentist! He told me he thought I was old enough to get over that anxiety. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I actually didn't go to the dentist for 2 YEARS after that incident because I was so embarrassed and offended. I thought it was extremely unprofessional. I was also very surprised because my entire in-law family attends Selinsgrove Dental Arts and never had any problems. I don't remember the dentist's name. I just recently had the courage to go back to a different dentist's office and am very pleased with my results, but will not ever be returning to Selinsgrove Dental Arts.
