Dr. Seleit has been treating patients with dental phobias with great success for more than a decade. Dr. Seleit has dedicated his career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. Josefina (Josie for short) is a graduate of Pasadena City College. She is anesthesia certified, Soft Tissue Curettage certified, Laser certified and Nitrous oxide certified. She has professional associations with American Dental Hygienists Association, California Dental Hygienists Association, Tri-County Dental Society. Josie is married and enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family and two dogs. Both dogs are pound rescues; a terrier mix named Rusty and a dachshund mix named Chuck. She enjoys cooking, baking and DIY projects. Josies husband also got her interested in sports such as baseball and hockey.
Josie received an award for The Advanced Restorative Institute Clinical Excellence Award: Demonstrating Outstanding Clinical and Professional Skills. She takes great pride in her work and loves making her patients feel comfortable and at ease. Shell even talk sports with you if you want something else to think about.
Sarah has been a dental assistant for over 10 years and enjoys every minute of her career. She particularly loves working with kids. She educates them so they understand the importance of follow-up and home care.

I've had excellent professional experiences with this office thus far. I've been to offices where the dentist didn't care because of the type of insurance I had and dentists who found multiple cavities only for me to check with other dentists to find that these "cavities" never existed. He is courteous and the staff are pleasant to deal with and he diagnoses the issue quickly and sends you on your way with all the information you need. I hope that our relationship continues because this is all I am asking for from a dentistry.

I have been to a couple dental clinics, some were good, some were bad. Seleit Dental is definitely on the good side. The clinic's staff is very friendly, and very accommodating. The hygienists do their job very well, and I am always satisfied with their work every time. Furthermore, they give a little goodie bag after every visit. Dr. Seleit is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is very thorough in explaining what is going on with my teeth and is very straightforward. One of the best clinics I have been to

Mr Seleit is a warm, gentle & honest Dr extremely informative of any questions or concerns I had. I felt I was in great hands the entire time. Great customer service...the whole staff is very welcoming & friendly. I just had a pretty rough procedure done the other day. Leaving me in a bit of pain. (my own neglect over the years) Liz from the front desk called to check up on me. Things like that make you feel like you're being taken care of.

Friendly staff and great service. I got all four of my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Seleit gave me the option to get only one side out so I could chew on the other side. I thought that was thoughtful but I told him i wanted all four out. It was virtually painless. I know it seems kind of weird to say, but i had a good time at this dentist office lol.
