Dr. Sehnert received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Texas A&M University where he graduated magna cum laude. He attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. After Dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Ehrling Bergquist Regional Medical Center at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska where he had advanced training in specialty areas of dentistry. Since Dr. Sehnert believes that his patients deserve the very best, he is constantly enrolled in continuing education courses to perfect his skills and to learn about new products and treatments.
Discount dentistry may get you in and out quickly, but we invest time in building relationships with our patients. Were not in the dentistry field to provide patients with a quick fix, were in it to make sure they enjoy dental health for years to come.
Dr. Kathryn Minton received a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1984 from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas (now part of Texas A & M University) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has been in private practice in the Dallas area since 1984 and has taught at both Baylor College of Dentistry and Brookhaven College. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society and the American Association of Dental Editors. In addition, she is a Fellow of The International College of Dentists. Dr. Minton is the President of the Board of Directors of Health Ministries Association, an affiliate of Community of Christ Church. She is a native of Independence, Missouri, has two daughters and is married to her high school sweetheart. She has resided in Dallas since 1981.
Marichu leads the office team with warmth and positivity. She assists Dr. Sehnert throughout all aspects of restorative, denture, implant and surgery procedures. She also keeps our office well-stocked with clinical supplies. Marichu has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1983. She studied advanced dental techniques at Southwestern University at Cebu City in the Philippines. Marichu has worked with Dr Sehnert since 1996 and she is dedicated to providing life-changing care for the patients who come to our practice. She is a joy and a blessing to work with and to her patients. She greatly respects Dr. Sehnerts excellence in dentistry and his ethical character. With over 25 years in the field, a compliment like that coming from Marichu is quite an honor. Marichu has a grown son, Will, a daughter-in-law, Molly, and a precious granddaughter, Sutton. She stays busy with her church, family and friends.
Kristen graduated with honors from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She prides herself on building trusting relationships with our patients. Kristen works alongside Dr. Sehnert to promote the good health of your teeth and other oral structures. She will answer any questions you may have about your care and help you understand the findings. She enjoys writing and photography, spending time with her family, and her Basset Hound, Dixie.
Its a good thing Carina listened to her sister, as shes the one who guided Carina towards a career in the dental field. As a member of the Sehnert team, Carina enjoys helping our patients with their dental needs and ensuring that theyre happy with their smiles. She is masterful at letting patients know that theyre in good hands no matter how fearful or anxious they may be so they go into each treatment feeling relaxed and confident that we will provide them with the care they deserve.
Stacy entered the dental industry at the age of 18; at that time, the best thing about her job was having a 4-day work week. These days, Stacy genuinely loves every aspect of her job, from getting to know patients to receiving insurance checks! Our patients love Stacys ability to navigate the murky terrain of insurance so they can focus on their dental health instead of their insurance coverage.

I thought DR. Sehnert was very though with his examination. Very informative and helpful in the advise he gave to help the problems I am having with my dentures. Recommended an implant dentist that I should see for further information. Dr. Sehnert was very nice as was his staff, I would see him again if I needed help. Thank You Beverly Kitchen

I was seen for a new crown. Dr. Sehnert and Marachu are so professional and kind. I feel like I'm going in to see family. Not having the best experiences with prior dentists, I am a little anxious each time. But this office is outstanding and always makes sure I am comfortable and pain free. Dr. Sehnert stays up with all the latest technology and I always feel like I am getting the best possible care. If you are looking for a new dentist, pick this one!

Earlier this week I was enjoying a wonderful dinner when I suddenly bit to hard on my meat but instead bit down on my tongue not once but twice. The bite was quite severe. Although I thought it would heal, my wife advised me to call our dentist Dr Sehnert. He had me come in first thing this morning to look at it. He immediately recognized it was significant but also stated there was no serious damage to the tongue. He informed me about the tongue and how it is a muscle with nerves down the center. He made me feel better. Dr. Sehnert proved to me again he is the best dentist in North Texas.

I've been visiting Dr Sehnert's office for the past couple of years since Dr Parks retired, and I've developed a high level of confidence in the staff's recommendations, abilities, and experience. I would highly recommend their services to others. The dental hygienists have been thorough, and Dr. Sehnert does a nice job describing the details of procedures and material options available with tooth care. He never is in a hurry and strives for perfection. The assistants are full of energy and fun too!
