Dr. Frank Casarella initially attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences andgraduated in 1984 as a registered Pharmacist. He then graduatedBoston University Goldman School of Dentistry in 1988. He was a clinical instructor at Boston University in fixed prosthodontics from 1988 to 1991. He has practiced dentistry in Seekonk for the past 30 years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Casarella takes many continuing education courses each year to maintain an office that is state of the art. In September he won the alumni of the year award from Boston Universty for his volunteer work in Nicaragua over the past ten years. Dr. Casarella lives in Seekonk with his wife Sharon and has three children, Ryan, Corey, and Jillian.

I've been coming here for many years, receiving first rate dental service, so when I arrived at 6:55 am, I wasn't surprised to be taken in less than a minute for check in. I met my hygienist and laughed for five minutes before my expert cleaning, flossing, and fluoride treatment. I was in and out in less than an hour, including a quick consult with Dr Casarella himself before I headed out to my work day, My last check in with Terri helped seal the deal for my next visit in 6 months as usual. So happy I know about this hidden gem at Bakers corner, in North Seekonk, super convenient!

I have been coming to this dentist for 17 years. I am very particular about my teeth and have slight OCD. He does a phenomenal job! He is very meticulous, detail oriented and also focused on the aesthetic aspect. I recommend him to everyone I know. And when you have a problem he will squeeze you in immediately. The staff is also very friendly and caring!

Had severe tooth pain...Dr. Casarella fit me in the office schedule and solved the problem with an urgent root canal procedure. Besides superb manual skills, he is always upbeat and ready to help his patients. His staff are also top rate. I was very fortunate to pick this dental practice when I moved to Seekonk in 2016. Update September 2022...yet another bout of severe dental pain. Office set up an urgent appointment and I presented in late afternoon on Friday (before the Labor Day weekend). Kim, the dental assistant, and Dr. Luri Lee were pleasant and eager to help. Their only focus was to provide the best solution to my problem. The solution turned out to be another urgent root canal. I'm sure my case delayed their return home - but they were very professional and did not mention it.

I am incredibly pleased with my decision to switch from my previous dental provider to Seekonk Dental. The entire team has been accommodating, patient, and professional during each visit. In April, I had a small cavity filled. Since then, I've been experiencing awful pain in that area. The team has been great, squeezing me into their busy schedule on THREE separate occasions for imaging and treatment without hesitation. The issue persisted, and so Dr. Lee, one of the dentists at the practice, referred me to a great oral surgeon with excellent availability. She also went above and beyond for me and applied a protective material to the entire tooth to minimize pain during the interim. She also offered to see me again before my appointment with the oral surgeon if the pain continued to overwhelm me. This office listens to my concerns, and has always addressed them in a timely manner, despite their full schedule. I also just started my Invisilign treatment which was a seamless process thanks to the front desk staff and Dr. Lee. I recommend Seekonk Dental to my friends and family.
