This review is for Dr De La Rosa. He's a very good dentist, i see alot of reviews complaining about a wait time. Sure, i waited a while too. That's what happens in the real world when you're busy, appointments take longer than planned and so on. Dr DeLaRosa has a gentle hand, great experience, no pain, nothing negative. He's kind, patient, and precise. His staff back this up too. I did have some issues in the past with some pricing and quotes being way too high but those were corrected and changed easily. Overall this is a great dental office in a very very central location downtown.

I had an extraction done today on my bottom tooth today with Dr. De la Rosa and assistant Anthony !! Let me tell you I felt no pain all gain !! I totally recommend this place to anyone who is in need of dental work or any type of dental work ! Thank you see me smile for everything !!

The receptionist here is rude and immature. Surprised she hasn't been fired yet because she is awful at front desk. She needs more school how to give better patient service. They are overpriced and need to reduce their prices a bit. The dentist is not as good and recommends work that didn't need to be done. Highly recommend a different office. Waste of money and time here.

I decided to give this clinic another shot after I was kept waiting for 30 minutes for a routine cleaning in March. Maybe they were short staffed, who knows. Everybody has bad days. Today, I walked out of my appointment for a routine cleaning, which they already rescheduled from 10am to noon. I show up a few minutes before the new appointment time at noon, and wait almost 30 minutes before a hygienist comes over to take me back. 15 minutes after that, I am told the dentist will be over in 5-10 minutes. I explain I can wait a few more minutes, but I've been here for 45 minutes already and I need to get to another appointment. At 1pm and still waiting, I head to the receptionist and tell her I've been waiting for an hour for my routine cleaning to start and to cancel the appointment. I wish they would have just asked if I could come in a different day or told me they were behind when I first arrived. Off to find a new dentist!

Great staff and clean environment - however i have had multiple experiences where I waited over an hour past my scheduled time. Would appreciate it if they found better ways to schedule more accurately according to their actual capacity...

Almost got scammed to pay $500 for a regular cleaning that costs $80 with my normal dentist. It's easy to fall into paying that amount with how they function at the office. At no point did they tell me how much the cleaning would be until I went to sign paperwork with the amount saying how much I insurance would cover. They also made me wait 20 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen with no update and I thought the receptionist was not friendly.

We have had to come back twice because a basic dental bond keeps breaking. They are so consistently behind schedule we've come to expect to wait 20+ minutes after our appointment time to be seen. On one particularly bad visit, we were in the waiting room for over 2 hours past our appointment slot and the staff didn't even acknowledge the issue. Currently seeking another dentist, and I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Very clean, masked, nice staff. I was on vacation and had a poorly made (by a different dentist out of town) temporary bridge come off...twice. They got me in and took care of me when the other dentists I'd called could not accommodate. Besides the excellent facility and staff the $20 I paid (only once, the first visit) couldn't have even covered the cost of material much less the time. Can't recommend more highly.

Let's be real, who ever wants to visit a dental office?! I have had quite a few bad experiences so you could say I avoid the dentist like the plague lol! This office has seen me twice this past week, and made the experiences incredibly comfortable and easy. Everyone from the front desk to the incredibly nice dental assistants have been great. The dentist and ortho both explained everything thoroughly and had patience for my anxiety from those previous experiences mentioned earlier. I would definitely recommend this facility and am glad I finally found a dental office I can feel comfortable in! Special thanks to Andrea and Linette for all of their kind advice and warmth! 10/10

Friendly staff, very professional, super great service.Dr.De la Rosa, Freddy, Linda, Mari, and all the front staff receptionist are so nice. Overall a Superior Customer Service! I loved my experience with my rooth canal and deep cleaning. I highly recommend it.

Do you absolutely hate going to the Dentist ?? So do I, or I did until I made an appointment with See Me Smile Dentist.. WOW, , What an amazing place, staff as well. It is housed in a very pretty modern building with a lot of natural light and luscious green plants. The staff looks very professional , but not asceptic. And instead of that Dreadful canned music that puts one to sleep, they play kind of a mix of top forty/easy Rock and roll. I can't wait to go back !
