Dr. Hill loves being a dentist. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with Dean's List Honors from Creighton University and received the school's highest honor, the Dr. and Mrs. Philip J. Maschka Award for Ethics in Dentistry. Outside of the office, he feels that true joy comes from being with family and spending time outdoors hiking, biking and camping. He enjoys sharing a delicious Mexican meal and grilling with his wife, Jessica, and their boys, Levi and Milo. Watching college football and basketball are favorite pastimes. Dr. Hill's favorite vacation destination is Island Park, Idaho, and his two favorite books are Outliers and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
Dr. Matt Hill's professional associations include The Arizona Dental Association, The American Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, National Dental Honor Society, and The Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society.

Hello! Im Meaggan; Sedona Smiles Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2019. I am a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and enjoy volunteering my time as a hygienist to serve, learn, and grow. Every day I can think of a reason to love what I do!
As a member of this team, my goal is to help patients achieve and maintain oral health through educating on the importance of routine home-care, professional treatment, and a well-balanced diet. I hope to help patients understand that the mouth is a gateway to the remainder of the body. The presence of bacteria in the mouth can negatively impact major organs of the body and bodily processes as well. It is equally important to me that each patient leave feeling confident with their smile!
I am from Buckeye, Arizona; a fast-developing city just outside of Phoenix. While working towards my degree in Dental Hygiene, I fell in love with northern Arizona for its beautiful sites and outdoor experience opportunities. In my personal time, I cherish devoting time to God, family, and friends, learning to play some of my favorite songs on the guitar, singing, dancing, exploring, shopping, and finding new ways to be healthy and organized.
Welcome to Sedona Smiles! The privilege of working with Sedona Smiles brand has been a great pleasure since I first began my career in the dental field in 2007. I am enthusiastic to be a part of such a professional and caring team, directed by the talented and caring Dr. Hill. During my time here, I have been fortunate to expand my knowledge by many continuing education courses. These courses enable me to provide you with excellent customer service which is something I am happy to say is displayed by our team on a continual basis.
You are probably curious to know a little of my background, so I will tell you I am a native of Arizona. I was born in Flagstaff and raised in the Verde Valley, where I now reside with my husband and three boys. We spend much of our time in sports related activities, like baseball, basketball and being in the beautiful outdoors of our gorgeous state.
Without the adventure, I wouldnt have the experience!! Ive been lucky enough to have a few doctors to look up to and show me the ropes. From the very beginning I had an intense desire to learn all about dentistry, so I studied to become X-ray and Coronal polish certified. In addition to taking several classes to become more knowledgeable and efficient at designing Cerec crowns, I have also attended several continuing education classes essential to assisting.
I feel like Ive found my home here at Sedona Smiles; were like a little family, we like to have fun, and we take dentistry seriously. Dr. Hill takes pride in his work and it shows. I feel lucky to be his copilot (dental assistant).

I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and was very nervous about it. Dr Hill was very reassuring and mapped out a plan to correct my dental issues. So relieved I walked through his door and am on my way to better health.

I highly recommend Sedona Smiles. Dr. Hill takes time with his patient to make sure their needs are met. His staff is professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable there. You won't find a better Dentist.

2022 - Maybe I never completed my post below - but I was at the dentist yesterday for a dental cleaning and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone at this office is friendly and efficient. 2021 I felt very safe from COVID-19 - they take excellent precautions and I would NOT put off a dental visit because of this concern. Today I had the 3D x-rays taken and asked them for a copy of the picture it produced...MY SKULL!! Can't wait for Halloween! All of my questions were answered - they are friendly and professional.

Professional, hi-tech dental care with a great, friendly vibe. I love these guys - their banter just cracks me up. From a consumer's viewpoint - Dr Hill seeks to make sure that you do not undergo unnecessary procedures. Their recommendations are solid, and they have saved my bacon on more than one occasion.

Who says they love going to the Dentist? I love all of Dr. Hill's staff including Dr. Hill himself. The entire staff is friendly, accomodating, thoguhtful and even funny. Dr. HIll was recommended to me and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a young, progressive cutting edge dentist to take care of the simplest to the hardest problems they may or may not have with their teeth. I am so appreciative of everyone in his office.
