I am fortunate to have made deep relationships among the many families I treat. I get to meet so many interesting and different people of all ages every day. Kids are so funny and tell you everything they think! Its also fun to see an adult who has put off braces forever but finally takes a chance and then realizes how easy it was and wonders why they waited for so long! I hope I bring a positive twist to my patients dental experience that can make an overall positive change in their views of dentistry that hold for a lifetime.
I grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. Having had so much dental work done myself, I knew I wanted to become an orthodontist to help others achieve the same confidence I had gained by possessing a beautiful smile. There is nothing more exciting than to witness the transformation right before my eyes as I complete a patients treatment and see his or her blissful reaction!

I live in Lincoln Park with my husband Dan and our sons Louie, Ike, and Jessup. We are a very sporty family and when summer comes, our world revolves around the boys baseball. We are also big Cubs, Bears, and Florida Gator Football fans! In my free time, I like to run along the lake, hang out with friends and family, try new restaurants, and travel. Living in this community is so much fun because I see my patients everywhere!

I enjoy spending my free time with my three adult children, daughter-in-law, twograndchildren, and my Havanese dog named Ricky Ricard-staffo. I also love volunteering, helping my daughter with fostering children, and traveling.

Outside of work, I belong to a non-profit organization where we do fundraisers to help a school in my home country of Colombia. My husband Kevin and I love to explore Chicago and all it has to offer. When we can, we like to get away to Cancun!

I am married with two kids and a dog named Lucky. My daughter Hailey (14 years old) keeps busy with her travel softball team, and my son Georgie (11 years old) is interested in robotics.When we arent on the softball field you'll catch us hanging out watching moviesor playing games together.
