Ive never felt so assured and safe leaving my daughter in his hands. The day of my daughters oral surgery (a Saturday appt which is amazing!) the surgeon pulled me back there and talked about everything that was going to happen, was very kind and loving to my daughter and kept telling her how amazing she was going to do. Every scared parents dream! I know its a scary process trusting your children in others hands but rest assured dr. Hassian is amazing and is very trust worthy. Thank you for everything!

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I am such a chicken and the week before my wisdom teeth removal, I was having panic attacks and second guessing if I should even go in or just live with impacted teeth. So glad I went in because Dr. Hassan Haidar and his assistants took such great care of me. It basically took about 15 minutes for the entire procedure even though I had 2 very difficult-to-extract teeth. I am so happy I came here because they gave me all of the information I needed to make sure that I have a good recovery.

I needed a dental procedure done but thanks to this office filing their paperwork incorrectly THREE TIMES it's months later and now I'm looking for a new dentist. Their receptionist (Jojo) actually suggested that I find a new dentist. I just wish he told me that half a year ago.

After making calls to various dentist offices near my home, I finally found Dr.Kim who is able to offer on stop service for my mom. Dr.Kim explained things thoroughly and clearly to us. The staff, also, are super friendly and nice. Our experience at the office has been excellent.

I'm a dental technician and I have seen works from dentist from this office doing preps for crown and bridge. However, the margins are not that great. They also had to reduce the prep for more space for crown otherwise they trim the thin crown and make a hole. Also, I had a Panoramic x-rays which shows TMJ problem. I wanted the pictures in order to show uncle back home for consultation but they wanted to charge me for $300 for the CD. I got referral in this office for maxillofacial surgeon, after 3 months, they gave me with orthodontist Then they told me the surgeon only does the wisdom teeth removal! So much hassle in this office!

I posted an earlier review criticizing them, I did try to give them a fair shake - instead of addressing my concerns, their office manager pulls me aside and complained about my review, asking me, before my appointment, if I would take it down or not, giving me her thoughts on how she thinks she is doing. I disagreed. She reiterated, I disagreed again, I stated they had affected my health, she denied. She adamantly states that they sanitize everything and that even though she was not present during my last appointment, the resulting pain and infection wasn't their fault. They then put me in a room, for an entire hour, to send a tech, in to explain they hadn't gotten a correct impression last time (as I stated they hadn't, in my previous review), and they still weren't done with my crown after 3-4 weeks, it will be another 4 weeks. It would be one thing if they actually had finished the work today, but they proved what I stated before. Dentist didn't even bother to come in, after an hour. My insurance has also told me, right after this, that this office has failed to give requested information on two of my teeth, which can result in claim denials if they fail to receive. Is this how we treat people? Confront them before appointments and hold their healthcare hostage over criticisms? Funny. Cute.

Back in June 2020 I came to this office in referral from my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I did a consultation and x-rays, normal stuff and the staff were nice. I was told they needed to receive approval for the procedure, I had assumed so and said ok. I waited two months and I did not hear back, so I called and they said it had come through and we set up an appointment. Then a day before my appointment I got a call that my appointment was to be cancelled, the doctor's schedule had "changed" and that my approval still had not come through. A few months passed, they would call once a month to make an appointment which did not line up with my work schedule. And then finally in December, I was able to make an appointment that worked. Finally when I went in to my appointment this month, I was greeted by office staff who were not organized, asking me if I needed oxygen and sedation and what my "pain tolerance" was...I had not been informed of which the process would be. They told me that it would cost $400 for a "blue pill" which they described as an anti-anxiety pill and numbing cream.... and that I would be awake during the procedure. This started my anxiety level to rise, I did not know I would be awake for the procedure as most patients have Anethesia for this procedure. They told me I would be charged if I wanted Anethesia by IV and that the Anethesiologist only came on friday and saturday. They asked what I wanted to do, and at this time I was so anxious I told them I was leaving. They said they would call to schedule an appointment in which I told them to not bother, I would not be coming back. I decided to write this review after seeing that there are patients that have had terrible experiences at this office as well.

I went in this past June for wisdom teeth removal and they said they would give me claim to my insurance right away which would take 4-8 weeks. After the 9th week I called met insurance and they said they never received a claim from them. This office never got back to me. I went to another place in Anaheim and they were so much quicker and helped me with my pain. Don't come here.

Just got my final set of implants and am very happy with the results.. I was hit with a baseball in the face at school when I was a kid and wish I could of had the implants put in then. It would of saved my parents and me thousands of dollars in dental work trying to save the teeth that I eventually had removed and wore a flapper for over ten years. Finally made the decision that it was time for me to take care of myself and got the full four implants top and bottom. Dr. Anderson and his staff made the entire process easy and are very professional.

I am very upset and in a lot of pain currently. First, they misrepresent that they are a sedation dentist, they really are not, there is one oral surgeon whom I have seen once, in his office. I think they only use sedation for a select number of patients ($$$) and for implants, which they recommend from the get-go (even though you would think that would be last resort). I thought I was going to see Dr.Gonzales but they gave me another dentist named Dr. Del Campo - but I know dentist offices do that. She has been nice to me and seems to know her stuff. The only problem I have been having is with staff and disorganization. First, they worked on two teeth I did not want them to, in the beginning. They told me those were the most important, even though I specifically told them the ones I needed - they did the ones they chose anyway, as a result, the tooth I had asked them to work on ended up cracking. There is no or very little follow up, I have to call and call to remind them, and I know on at least one occasion I was told "my crowns were ready" (when they weren't and took 4 more weeks than planned - when they were ready, I only found out because I called to check on them), my procedure was pre authorized (then being told it might not be approved on day of), I have to argue with them when I ask for simple things. If there is a treatment plan that might get partially covered by insurance - why do I have to beg them to submit it? Some things they told me they submitted weeks or months ago, were never submitted at all. I also noticed a drastic difference from when I went from priv insurance and cash pay to denti-cal as I lost my job this year. I'm grateful they accept it, but the priority you get, time to get in, the treatment you'll get, even the techs - have noticeably changed, in my case anyway, this could be coincidental but there was a change from my first visit to my most recent one and not for the better. Maybe they have just gotten more patients. Current grievance: The dentist leaves temp crowns and crown fittings largely up to the techs there - fair enough, if they are trained and do exactly that. When I was there last time, the dentist worked on my front tooth as a root canal, and several x-rays have been taken while I've been with them. When the dentist left the room, I thought the assistant would finish the temp crown as the dentist stated. Instead, she insisted on sticking this 3D x-ray machine in my mouth, not even where the affected tooth was (while it was still raw and 'open') - to "get my bite" . She was having problems with the computer and machine (couldn't get a still image) went back and forth touching it, and as she reached her hand into my mouth, I could taste dust/the keyboard on her gloves. After 20 minutes of this, I asked her to just stop, she couldn't get a still image and I told her it wasn't possible in a state that I was in. The staff then got angry and argued with me that "if the crown gets screwed up it's not their fault" - um, I was there for one root canal, one crown, and they have several x-rays including 3D ones - even from that day. Why did she have to take it while I'm in pain from my front tooth being worked on, and not only that, but NOW I have infection in the back teeth and front one where she was touching and sticking the 3D x-ray tool/gloves - and am currently in extreme pain, I am worried what happened. My whole mouth shouldn't be hurting 3 days after a dentist appointment. I am really disappointed because I have so many problems with my teeth, thought I found a good dentist, and really just need this work done, and it could solve a lot of my pain, and it's all held up by organization / lack of protocol, and if I get an infection when I get work done, this work will take forever. As a sedation dentistry place, they should be aware of the patients who may really need it, who are suffering and suffer every time they go to a dentist. I think somewhere that's gotten lost, and I hope by writing this, maybe it can help them remember it and future patients navigate.

DON'T come to this office yes it looks nice but they are very unorganized and unprofessional.I went to this office to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was told I had to see the oral surgeon because one tooth is coming out wrong .So one person at the office told me they could sedate you Though IV and some other person said no that the oral surgeon dosn't do that .Another employe said that I didn't have to see the oral surgeon that I could just see a regular dentist .It's ok to not know the answer to something but it's better to say I will find out then giving patients wrong information I got different Information from at least three different people and it made me think if I really want to get my teeth removed in a place like that so don't be fooled on the looks of the place .I called again and I tried to give it another shot but the women answering the phone interrupted me and was very rude .I have worked with patients my whole life and I always listen to their concerns if the receptionist thinks she could just disregard you and your concerns they don't care about the patient .
