Was supposed to have antibiotics sent over for a tooth extraction. Pharmacy was not sent over the prescription and was told the doctor would sign the paper after I left. I can not get my scripts till Tuesday. I now have an extracted tooth with no meds. Do not go to the Davenport location. Terrible patient care.

Nice clean facility. I know it can be difficult working with young children but would have liked if they could have tried a bit harder to get my child comfortable enough to complete the visit

I've now seen a few different dentists at the East Peoria and Peoria office. I had nuclear medicine and radiation treatments years ago which has lead to excessive dry mouth and lots of decay. I want to do everything possible to keep my teeth which has meant several root canals. I have been seeing Dr. Liu the last several visits and he is beyond amazing! He is the first dentist who somehow gave me the injections of numbing agent with almost zero pain! He's also able to get the job done quickly with pretty much no discomfort. I used to have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist, but I have yet another appt in the morning with Dr. Liu for a possible root canal and I have zero anxiety. I know I'm in the best hands and he makes each procedure as comfortable as possible. There is an assistant at this office who is absolutely amazing, as well. I wish I could remember her name! She goes above and beyond to make the patient feel at ease. Highly recommend Secure Dental!

Secure Dental is by far the best Dental place I've ever gone to. They work with you anyway they possibly can. If your afraid to go? I definitely say go there n have a consultation. I assure you they will make you feel like family. I'm very picky who works on my teeth n I assure you they are the real deal. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome of the work they did. You should at least give them a try n see for yourself.

I appreciated that I was able to be seen because of the pandemic and have my issue taken care of. Staff was friendly as always which takes some of the anxiety out of the visit. I have referred your clinic to my friends with a neighbor of mine using your services.

Just visited again for a cleaning and it is being done by the dentist that is in a hurry to get to next patient. They have no hygienist! Won't be going there again! You lost your 5 stars! The below was from a year ago. Always a good experience. Assistant was very thorough with cleaning and was able to remove some stubborn stains from coffee, tea etc.

I called Monday morning and was seen on Tuesday. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The doctor was also very friendly and gave me all my options and let me take all the time I needed to decide. I will recommend this business to anyone in need of fast and friendly help.
