I love the place, the location is fine just the parking right in front of the door you have to pay otherwise find parking around the location. They accepted my insurance, however I had to pay little out of pocket which is fine. I came to get my wisdom teeth removed it was successful. I watching pretty much watching everything what they used to numb was perfect cause I didn't feel the pain much out of a 100 I will say 4 percent I felt. That was when they were using this drill It sounded like a screw driver something around there. I only bleed for two days, I felt little pain, but the medicine they recommended me help cause once I took the pill it went away quick. I recommend this place to get wisdom tooth removed.

Good service from the front desk to the dentist. The first time I went I had an insane wait (90 min) which didn't make me happy. But I gave them a mulligan due to the proximity of my home. Ever since then it's been smooth sailing. Everyone is super nice, and I can get in and out in less than 35 minutes.

I found this secure dental through my dental insurance his name is Dr Pasha he treating me so nice and is very respectful he fixed my teeth right I wish I knew in the first place to go to this place I wouldn't have so much problem with my mouth the staff is very great they lovely people and it really treats you nice if you want a nice dentist go there he's the best

Friendly staff and does not make me wait long to get seated, specially during morning appointments. Very caring when it comes to my comfortability. I had wonderful and smooth procedure happen for my implant with Dr. Roo. He did wonderful job and I'm very happy with the implant and the journey of the whole process.

Its a clean and welcoming environment. There's a nice kid at the front desk. The dental assistants doing the xrays were nice enough but struggled to use the computer and equipment for the first 45 minutes. Then dentist spent near to no time doing the exam, was flip about tooth prognosis and then sent a different assistant in to tell me I needed to come back next week to get the cleaning because the dentist was "backed up". Then the dentist had the receptionist give me a costly treatment plan. I had to ask to see the x-rays and was not even shown where the cavities on the x-rays. I was the first appointment when they opened and after almost two hours of being in the chair the dentist decided I was the patient to ask to come back to complete the full service that I had already paid for up front. Overall, I'd give the experience a D+ and that's mostly because the space is clean and the assistants were nice enough.

The front desk staff was very nice, but my positive experience ended there. Took three times as many bite x rays as I'd ever gotten because their equipment was not working. I told them about my mouth pain and fatigue from Bell's Palsy, but they just seemed annoyed that I couldn't open as widely or for as long as they wanted. The dentist barely spoke to me and gave me one of the most rushed and painful cleanings I ever had. No empathy shown. When the other hygienist had to retake the x rays, she did not know how. No flossing or brushing. I thought maybe the rush was COVID related, or maybe because I was their last appointment of the day, but if you cannot provide adequate cleanings safely, don't do them. Then they said I would need four fillings at a cost of over $800. I chose not to do them and canceled my follow up appointment. Thankfully I did. I got a second opinion and need ZERO fillings. Will never go back and would recommend others proceed with caution or get a second opinion.

The girls are all great. I've got to know them on a regular basis they put up with me and that says a lot. There always working hard phones ring off the wall and they are there to answer them. And the dentist are good making me feel like they will do what it takes to change my look. My dentures have been sent back a few times to get it right. Maybe a slow process but going to be worth it in the end no regrets.

My first time going to this location and the staff was not friendly in addition, The front desk receptionist. I had a 3pm and ask the assistant stated she can get me early. WhenI l asked questions about everything she got smart with me moreover, Addressing me as honey. I told her to address me as Miss Barnes. They need to address ther customer service better over there and I won't be back.

It was my first time working with Dr. Yousefi and she was incredibly kind. I've had previous dentists and staff who can come off as rather unwelcoming, but Dr. Yousefi was so polite and listened to any and all questions or concerns I had, especially since we found 2 new cavities. She even walked me through the X-rays showing where the damage had changed from my previous visit and what she felt could be concerning and what wasn't. I never felt like my procedure was rushed, and when I brought up that part of the tooth maybe felt slightly raised, she assured me that she was there to make sure that my teeth were okay to me and adjusted anything that I felt was a concern. The staff has always made me feel welcomed and does everything in their abilities to overcome obstacles for their patients. Would definitely recommend Secure Dental Foster Ave for anyone looking for a new dentist!
