Unprofessional, dirty, literally does NOT care about their patients, horrible "management" (Sonya is her name I believe) literally has gone downhill the past couple of years. You cannot accompany your child for their visit, whether they may have special needs, etc. it's "office policy"! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Today was my visit to Secure Dental in East Peoria and i loved it the staff was wonderful I was nervous at first because I was getting a tooth pulled but the doctor that pulled my tooth was amazing they all made me feel like everything was going to be alright I will be making Secure Dental my tooth home

Waited 55 minutes past my appt time only to be taken to a different dentist, not who I made my appt with, they said they accepted my insurance but messed that up and billed me. Wouldn't clean my teeth, only would do a deep cleaning, which my insurance, which they didn't contact anyway, wouldn't cover. Tried to pay bill for x-rays, which I shouldn't have to pa,y online, they couldn't provide a link to pay but said it was on their website. Went to pay and complain in person. Their incompetent office manager couldn't find the place to pay when I handed her my phone on their website. After talking to her, she said that's just our policy. I said which part, making your customers wait an extra hour, the bait and switch on the doctor, or the misrepresentation on insurance they claimed to cover. Never use this company, zero stars.

Everytime we come in for my daughter we uave to make sure we have at least 2 or 3 hrs of free time or we wouldn't make it to anything else. Great staff but we are always waiting 30 minutes to a hour after our appointment time to even be taken back. They need to stop over scheduling so they can take care of the patients in a timely manner. Again great staff but poor time management

This place is absolutely horrid. I went there as a first time patient last week. I told them at the time I was pregnant and all the paperwork they require you to complete prior to your appointment had information about my pregnancy. After arriving to my appointment, I waited an hour to be seen. During my wait, just about every patient stated how this is the norm and they typically wait an hour to an hour and a half after their appointment time to be seen. After finally being brought to the back, I stated once again that I was pregnant as they were trying to do xrays and I wanted to make sure this was safe. The Dental Hygienist seemed to have very little knowledge. He had to talk to the dentist and it came to the determination that I can't be seen for anything, not even a simple cleaning, because I need a note. I wasted an hour and a half of my work day to not be seen. I will never try going here again and encourage others to look elsewhere. I will say there was an incredibly kind front desk receptionist.

The office staff are extremely friendly and professional. Very cleanly environment. Keep up the great work!!! The dentist (Dr. Lee) was very friendly and professional,as well as the technical staff.

I came in for my first dental appointment at Secure Dental East Peoria and was greeted by the most welcoming and smiley receptionists, Sarah and Stephanie. Dr. Gonzalez was my doctor and he made sure to go through every bit and piece of my treatment and didn't leave anything out. This office really cares about your feelings, and makes sure to let you know you are important for the short amount of time you are in the chair. The wait wasn't long either. Sonya, the office manager was very down to earth. I would recommend this office to EVERYONE. They are affordable, and kind and definitely an office I would like to keep attending. "Secure" doesn't even begin to describe my experience! Their name says it all!

went here for years then my only dentist i've ever liked just up and left the practice one day, and then they banned me for missing an appointment when my car broke down ON THE WAY THERE. no understanding from them whatsoever. in a lot of pain so i tried going back hoping some kind soul would take pity on me and allow me back in, but since they moved to east peoria they dont accept medicaid or associate with poor people anymore apparently. i'd go back to al dadah before i step foot in this place again.

Greeted promptly by receptionist. Was seen before my appointment time. Doctor and assistant were very good at explaining the procedure, and were willing to answer any questions that I might have. After care was presented and I was given a follow-up date that was of my choosing to fit my schedule.

I needed a new dental office who handles surgical procedures as well as x-rays and basic cleanings. I went in for a consult, and they took care of the procedure that same day and were very professional. I am very pleased with this place, and have had my files transferred from my old dental office to Secure Dental for my future dental needs. I also want to add that the receptionist, Nikki, was very kind, very polite, and made me feel very welcome. She helped make my first experience there a pleasant one. 6/30/22: went in for my first cleaning today. As always, they were quick and efficient. Very pleased.

I was terrified of going to the dentist after not doing so for nearly 20 years. However a coworker recommended Secure Dental and I can't recommended them highly enough. The environment and staff were welcoming and friendly, and Dr Liu in particular was wonderful through the entire process. He always explained the process, and what needed done and the time frame, and after 3 visits over the course of a month I now have a perfect smile. The staff was always very helpful explaining billing and costs before and after insurance and it actually ended up costing less than the estimates. And there was never any attempt to "upsell" me into procures or anything I didn't need as is common practice at a lot of other places. They definitely earned my trust and business and I will be using them for all my future dental needs.
