This place was very nice. And they all were very friendly and courteous.. I got all the information I needed to make a decision. So I will be making an appointment at a later date to schedule another appointment to have my necessary work done on my teeth.

I was treated with kindness from the moment I walked in. My teeth have always needed a lot of dental work and some people arent very kind about it. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienist and the dentist, I felt confident in their genuine care and compassion, as well as knowledge and efficiency about dental practices. They accept medicaid as well, I've found my new regular dentist!

Omg! I have to write a review based on my dental experience with Secure Dental yesterday. I had a root canal & extraction done by Dr. Kang doc was nice knowledgeable and did my work in less than 1hr. I was nervous about the whole thing but Dr. Kang assured me that everything would be ok. When I tell you this is the place to go for all your dental needs you've got to try it, the staff is very courteous and very professional. I truly felt at ease with Dr. Kang doing my work it was painless & quick. The Dental Assistants Gabby & Audrey were also nice and patient! I know this is crazy to say but I'm actually looking forward to my next App. We need more dentist like Dr. Kang great bedside manner! I'd give Secure Dental (10 ) if I could....

My daughter was dropped as a patient due to not being able to cancel within 24 hours, and having no appointment reminders so missed appointments as well. She was told that if she paid the "overdue" (from missing appointments) balance, she could again be seen at this location. Fast forward a few more months and she's trying to set an appointment for my granddaughter. They then explained to her she will never be able to a patient with them again. After already being told all they had to do was pay the balance. As clean as this place is, they really have quite a bit yet to figure out.

Everyone from the check in, down to the doctor we're amazing. I felt completely comfortable, and everything was explained step by step. First time I have had a tooth pulled where there was zero pain even the next day!

I have been going to the Secure Dental located in Davenport, IA on Utica Ridge Road for about 1yr now and I can express with sincerity that it has been a great experience!!!! I for one am not one to stay up to date on appointments, especially dental appointments but going to this location has been AWESOME. My children loves the dentist which impresses me more because I was expecting them to be horrified based on others experiences; but this faculty takes pride in encouraging the patients to feel "Secure with their Dental" experience.The facility is ALWAYS clean inside and out and they follow proper CDC guidelines. The front staff, nurses and dentist are patient and have no issues addressing any questions or concerns you have. My family's favorite staff member is Amber. This lady is amazing, she knows her job and her personality is friendly yet professional. My dentist is Dr. Vang and I'll just say this, Dr. Vang and Amber encouraged me to actually feel good about my smile. Now my dentist appts are as important as my nail appointments. I recommend this company to ANYONE!

Worth the 1.5 hr drive absolutely wonderful dental work for my 16 year old. The dentist was so beyond nice and made it very comfortable very professional and Great staff aswell. We will be back regularly

I have state Delta Dental and apparently this was the only place to go in my area, so I appreciate that someone accepts my insurance. After reading some reviews, I'm afraid to see the bill now. But, I'll be going back to Iowa City from now on. Things seemed rushed and I don't know what the continued plan is because everyone is very soft speaking, and for someone that has hearing issues as it is, I find people don't like to hear 'what?' a lot of times. They did make sure I would feel comfortable when at home after teeth extractions, which I needed, unlike other dentists. If I go back, I'll probably see another dentist though.

Very poor service. My son went in for teeth extractions but they removed his teeth but they failed to tell him the were not able to remove previous implants because they did mot have the correct tools. They were to make a referral to Iowa City but they did not do that either.

Very nice office employees, Interior design made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I was in my home state, California. I did get x-ray, and teeth cleaning.. since I just moved here. I didn't get to meet Dentist besides checking out there no cavities ! I hope to continue with this Dentist and office

By far the BEST dentistry I have ever been to! The staff and dentist himself always treat me with the utmost respect and are very kind and nurturing. Dr. Kang has worked hard to fix all my teeth and now I have NO cavities at all and my smile looks and feels amazing! His dental assistants are awesome too! Amber made sure I was comfortable the entire time she was working with me and even made an effort to bond with me over our favorite coffee shop! Will 100% be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

They got me in right away on a Saturday at that. I'm had been going to another dentist the last 20ish years but he retired and they don't take my new insurance. The only thing at this new place was it was cleaning. They didn't do scaling for like plaque and tarter buildup and didn't floss. Not sure how I feel about that. I think those are more important than X-rays unless you have some sort issue. Other than that service was good.
