Went in for a wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The extraction was painless and I plan to recommend this location to anybody who asks

Happy I found a dentist that listened to my concerns. They're very high-tech they have a cavitron which is this machine that power washes your teeth. Easy to schedule with, friendly front office staff, plus they remove wisdom teeth in office and they accept my insurance. 5 stars!!

I got my teeth extracted here. The doc was chill and made it less painful to get the extraction. Also the cheapest rates I paid to get my wisdoms extracted.

I want to give a very big THANK YOU to everyone at this location. I needed a same day appointment due to wisdom tooth pain. I am also 37 weeks pregnant and thought there was a good chance I'd be turned away. I am very grateful for everyone and the compassionate service I was provided. Dr. Gonzalez is one of the kindest Dentists I have ever encountered, I had a stubborn wisdom tooth that didn't want to come out, but he made sure to give me breaks when it was getting too painful. Everyone was so kind to me, the Dental Assistants, the people at the front desk, EVERYONE. I definitely recommend this dental office. Thank you.

I miss Dr. Shao, she was a great dentist. I might just have to start going to Indiana to see her! The dentist I had was unprofessional during the appointment and seemed uncaring about my experience. Still 3 stars because I love the rest of the staff here and how fast the team is.

I just finished my first visit here, and they were wonderful. We arrived a few minutes early, and they were immediately ready for us. No shaming. No upsell for services we didn't need. No dilly dallying on the cleaning. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Super clinical conversation about improvements I could make and a helpful demonstration on how I could improve my flossing. The team is awesome. If I could knock a half star I would only because their all digital new patient forms weren't accessible for my blind husband, but honestly that's never going to be worth a full star knock. I'd love to see it fixed, though. Overall, So glad I went here.

IT WAS AMAZING GOT IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 20 MINUTE , GOT AN INSIGHT OF PROBLEM AND SOLUSION IN A MANNER OF MINUTOS WAS DONE . WAS SO SURPISED DID NO FEEL A THING MY EXTRATION WAS JUST EXCELENTE.

Very professional staff. They followed all cleanliness rules for Covid-19, including handwashing. Very patient, they answered all my questions. They made me aware of procedures I didn't know were covered by my insurance. The dentist gave me options for payment plans, for procedures that were not covered by my insurance. The staff were friendly and energetic. Everyone seemed as though they enjoyed their job! They went above and beyond the call of duty! Great experience! I would refer my best friend!

My son had appointment for a refearral for a root canal from a previous dentist, after been seen in the office today the dentist inform me that he did not need a root canal. The dentist saved my son tooth, he will be coming back to this location for his 6 months check up thank you so much I am very happy with the service.

The secure Dental on Ashland have very lovely assistance with amazing customer service creating a welcoming culture. The Dentist on the other hand is a waste of time. Let's start with scheduling appointment and then she doesn't start the work or come see you until 30-45 minutes into your appointment. She is very condescending. After already numbing my mouth and realizing I was irritated by her late work. She offer for me to come back for another time after already numbing my mouth, which clearly that she could had offer that before numbing me. The dentist was very condescending to me. I watched how she interacted with her other patients which was lovely and quick. I even heard her at times when she left me to go finish on another patient: I am a African American male and I have never felt so uncomfortable or been treated so poorly by any dentist office. I will never come back and I made the dentist aware of that when she tried to schedule my next 6 month check up and she was even rude then saying " Have a good day, since you're never coming back" right before me exiting the door. Each of my appointments she started late work on me and never apologize but then asked me do I have work today, like if that should matter.
