I have seen both dentists and like them both. Very gentle. Both kept me informed on what was needed and how they planned to proceed. I highly recommend this dental clinic for all your dental needs!

I got some fillings done here in 2021. Worst dental experience I've ever had. It was like traveling back in time and getting antique dental work. All the skin inside my cheek where the work was done sluffed off a few hours later and the filling was uneven. I went to my previous dental office to get the work corrected recently. To make matters worse, they gave be a mouth wash they said was covered by my insurance. Over six months later they send me a bill. When I called them about it, the receptionist was so rude about it. She told me she wouod take it off my nill. Three months later, I get the same bill in the mail again. Here's a question 2nd & Vine Dental. If I needed the mouth wash so much how come the ither dentist I visited didnt recommend it? This combined with the 20 x-rays they took for 2 fillings make me think they are scaming insurance companies.

Michelle at front desk is just the best front office staff I've ever encountered during all my years of going to medical offices! She helps out and optimizes your scheduling and finances and doesn't leave anything for you to worry about!! Just amazing!!! The doctors are very friendly and always looking out for your well-being as well!!

I just moved to the Seattle area and wanted a dentist that I can develop a good relationship with. I was looking for good bedside manners, short wait times, and overall convenience. Dr. Lee and his office did not disappoint. The highlights of my visit with Dr. Lee was that he diagnosed my dental issues and began a treatment plan right away. He was also very interpersonal and we were able to speak casually. I was also surprised at how helpful the office manager was (she even gave me advice about my dental care plan)! I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone :)

Dr. Lee is a horrible dentist. He doesn't tell the pt when big mistakes are made. Over diagnoses treatment, only in it for the money. Get a second opinion on his treatment if you don't believe me.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this place. I would give it 3.5 stars, but that's not possible here. The part of the apparatus they put in your mouth to take xrays seemed old and stained, even though the receptionist said they cleaned them. The dentist did not have great bedside manners. He recommended deep cleaning for my gums (since I haven't seen a dentist in a decade now), but when I showed some anxiety and asked questions (mostly for reassurance), he just told me to read some pamphlets. The receptionist did explain my insurance coverage and options very well though. That was good. Overall, very mixed experience. Not sure I will get the deep cleaning without a second reco.

Excellent dental experience! The waiting area was comfortable with coffee and chair massage. The staff was really friendly. The dental examine was very thorough and comprehensive. Dr. Lee answered my questions in details. He has excellent chair side manner that put me at ease. My teeth felt super clean after my cleaning with the hygienist! I've been coming here for the past 4 years, and it's my favorite dental office in Seattle :)

I have been visiting Dr. Lee's office since last two years for regular dental cleaning and check-up. When I went first time, I had a lot of issues with my teeth since this was the first dental visit in my life :) But Dr. Lee and his associates were very patient, resolved all my dental issues and explained to me about how to maintain dental hygiene. Dr. Lee is always ready to listen to your concerns and give relevant suggestions. Thanks for him that my teeth is in much better state now. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Lee recently did an excellent job replacing 4 top center teeth with four attached crowns that look great. They fit well just like my original teeth and the color is very nice. Dr. lee is always careful and gives you the time and information necessary so you can make a good decision when you have treatment options. His staff is very professional and capable and also very friendly. I have been a patient of Second and Vine for over 10 years. Maybe even longer.
