I've been taking my kids to Sebastian smiles for years. They were great with my son who has autism. However lately, it seems like all they care about is money. I called the day before my son's appointment to inform them he was sick and had a COVID Test I was waiting results on. They told me to bring him anyways or I would get a no show fee. I just received a $50 bill today. I will be moving to another dentist.

I've been coming to Sebastian Smiles for several years with my kids. They always had good service until recently. I received a bill from Sebastian Smiles but I didn't know what the bill was for. It was a $100 fee. After some research, my ex husband realized it was because of a missed appointment. We agreed to make a payment on their next visit, which was October 4. Well Sebastian Smiles contacted me this past Friday because there was some openings available due to cancelations because of Hurricane Ian. They had a availability that day at 1pm, I accepted it. I live in Palm Bay, so the drive was about 45 minutes to get to their office. When we arrived, we checked in. The front desk receptionist stated that there was a fee. I said I was aware of it and we'd be making a payment on Tuesday, Oct 4. (The original appointment date). She said no, payment was needed before the kids could be seen. I said ok then, " can I get my original appointment date back? I'll bring the payment then." She replied "No, no appointment can be made until the payment is rendered. I was then turned away. I've called Sebastian Smiles several times to speak to a office manager but I have not received a callback as of yet. I received a email stating that they received a call from me and they would reach out when they can. Its been a whole week, no callback. I'll be looking for another dentist now. Thank you Sebastian Smiles. Updated- I was contacted today, within a hour of posting this review but thanks for reaching out anyways .

No cavities for baby girl! They keep telling her how amazing she's doing! Staff and environment are perfect for our morals And I made this appointment this morning...I paid $10 for a copay and $5 to seal her molars...It takes a lot to impress me these days...Especially when my baby is involved....And they did just that! #WeWillBeBack

Staff is excellent with the kids. Our family have been patients for years. On our last appointment my youngest got her annual X rays )we are insured so this is an annual thing). They ran panoramic x rays without my knowledge and then billed me $100 for them after my insurance denied the claim for age limitations. As a pediatric dental office one would think they are surely experienced with age limitations. They wouldn't budge even after I explained to them that I never knew they were doing panoramic X rays, that I never asked for them, or that there could be a charge if it wasn't covered. All their office would say was this was really unfortunate, but I needed to still pay. This is wrong.

Dr.Keren just saw my daughter for her very first dentist appointment, and she was AMAZING! She was very kind, sweet, and gentle with my daughter. She made us both feel comfortable, and my daughter was able to get her cleaning and exam done without crying or getting scared. The staff is very friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming to Sebastian Smiles for your children!

I took my child for the first time for his first dentist appt, he is one year old. First of all he loved it from the start the office is welcoming and child friendly. They emailed me the paperwork so I didn't have to complete it when I arrived which was great. The wait was about 5 minutes which was awesome and the staff was so professional yet so wonderful and helpful. The dentist was amazing and she knew what she was doing. The energy the place and the staff gave out was so positive. The experience was just wonderful. Highly recommend it.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make my 2 and 4 year olds feel comfortable. The front desk ladies are kind and accommodating with scheduling, explain all charges, and what to expect as far as insurance/out of pocket expense for future appointments. They allow parents (at least of small kids, as is the case for my family) to go back with their kids. The dentist and hygienists eased my sensory-sensitive 4 year olds fears by explaining everything they were doing before/after each step. Dr. Castellucci is fabulous with young kids and sings to my 2 year old to keep her calm and happy. I cannot recommend them enough!
