He graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University and received his doctoral degree from New YorkUniversity. After receiving his doctoral degree, he completed a one year Advanced Education in GeneralDentistry (AEGD) with numerous awards at NYU. His goal is to serve his patients better so he went on tobecome a specialist in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He was accepted into the University ofMedicine and Dentistry of New Jersey advanced education in Prosthodontics, where he learned the art andscience of Prosthodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry. With vast knowledge in complex dental restorations andrehabilitation, he often serves as a consultant to general dentists and other dental specialists and receivesreferrals from them.When not in the practice; he lectures locally and internationally on AestheticDentistry including porcelain veneers, bonding, and implants to achieve personalized smiles.
He has been on several mission trips donating his time and expertise. Locally, he has offered yearly SmileMakeover Contests successfully changing the life of several patients. He just completed treatment on thewinners of the Veterans of Armed Services contestants.
As a Prosthodontist, his mission is to create beautiful smiles with maximum comfort, high level of functionand impeccable patient specific aesthetics. Dr. Patel is devoted to his profession and never stops learninginnovative techniques and materials available in today's dentistry and takes advanced courses to keep upwith the latest technology.
Dr. KevinCarey graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He went on to earn his doctorate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with the prestigious distinction of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society.
At Rutgers, Dr. Carey was nationally recognized for his dental research and was able to travel the country presenting his work. He also excelled clinically among his peers and was awarded the senior awards for research excellence, operative dentistry, as well as the leadership award granted by the International College of Dentists.
After graduation, Dr. Carey was hired by Rutgers where he worked for over two years as a staff dentist and faculty clinical instructor. Dr. Carey is a third-generation dentist in his family and has loved dentistry all his life!

After going to Dr Patel for a few years I was very disappointed at my last visit. Instead of fixing my problem as he has done before he just tried to push for me to get more expensive dental work. I found him very condescending, I left with the exact problem I went there for and paid $175 for it.

Worse place ever to call for an emergency!! I have a tooth that gets pulled in 3 days, on Friday, by my regular dentist however, I can't wait that long, being in pain. I called this place to go in and PAY CASH to have it pulled on emergency & the clerk tells me, they have to take x-rays, yadda yadda. You can clearly see my tooth needs to be pulled. No x-rays are needed. Tell me why, she still insisted I get X-rays when, the dentist will be able to see 10000000%, the tooth needs to be pulled. Well, I'll be pulling my family (3 kids & 2 grandchildren) out of this office and going to a new place. This place is clearly out to make extra money off a self paying patients.

Dr. Patel and staff provided me fantastic service. I had a crown put in and a partial denture. My teeth look absolutely beautiful and the fit is perfect. Thank you Dr. Patel, Alta and staff. Truly a professional office.

I had a tooth break never been here my own dentist could not get me so I call the office the staff is wonderful they got me in that day , and Dr.Patel is one of the nicest dentist I ever met, in fact I made appointments for me and my husband if you need a good dentist I highly recommend Seaview Dental Arts

They canceled my appointment due to the hygienist not being available. I told them no problem until they said the next available appointment would be in August. It should not take them 7 months to reschedule me because they don't have staff available. I have been a patient here for well over 15 years. They obviously don't take pride in customer service and I will take my business elsewhere.

The front desk receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Our visit was cancelled because we did not confirm via text message. We were unaware that you must confirm your visit if not your visit will be cancelled. The text message ask you to confirm however DOES NOT mention if you do not confirm your visit will be cancelled. In addition, no voicemail message was EVER left on our cell phones stating our appt would be cancelled. We took the day off for this appointment. Once we arrive to our cancelled appointment we then have to deal with the unprofessionalism of the receptionist who feels very comfortable in being condescending. We will take our commercial insurance/ business elsewhere. Do NOT waste your time with this dental office no class or customer service skills whatsoever from the front desk which is the face of the office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patels for years. There is no way I would trust anyone else with the health and look of my teeth. I drive 2 hours to see him now, and I have no issue doing so! He and his staff are amazing! If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Dr. Patel.

I am a new patient, i scheduled an appt. because i was experiencing pain...i called in at 9am, they scheduled me for an 10am appt, discovered i needed a root canal; Alexa played my fav music while my root canal was performed and I was out before 12!! Staff is extremely friendly, they just remodeled and it looks amazing!!! HANDS DOWN BEST DENTIST I EVER BEEN TO!

This is an emotional review for me for this place. As after coming here I was able to smile for the first time in seven years. As a single person in New Jersey it is difficult to make it in new jersey. And dr. Pentel worked with me. And help push me in a Direction that's affordable and to fix my teeth. If you are fear of Novocaine shots. You can hardly tell when he injects them. I have never seen the dentist with passion or care for somebody as much as dr. Pentel has. He has treated me like family and help push me in the direction that I needed. Don't ignore your teeth, get them checked out. I recommend this place 100% to everyone.
