Seattle Specialty Dentistry makes going to the dentist a luxury experience. The staff is extremely pleasant and polite and the hygienist are friendly and go above and beyond to meet my comforts. I am admittedly a high maintenance client and tend to run (a little) late for appointments. They're always gracious and understanding. Needless to say, Dr. Pavinee has a gentle touch and is always happy to hear any concerns that I may have, which are few because they're literally the best dental office which in turn is reflected by my perfect smile! I've been a client for over five years and never leave an appointment dissatisfied.

I highly recommend Seattle Specialty Dentistry. I've been a client here since 2004 and have been with the same awesome hygienist for the entire time with the exception of a couple of visits with another provider as the first decreases her hours. Debbie and Alex are both kind and very thorough and pay attention to my comfort level throughout my appointment. And I have seen every Dentist there from Dr. Bryant to Dr. Pavinee, the current owner, and they have all been compassionate and knowledgeable. I've received dental cleanings/check-ups every 3-4 months but I've also had old fillings replaced and a couple of crowns installed--I have always been impressed with the friendliness, compassion and exceptional skills of the whole team (including the front desk team who always make sure my insurance is squared away!). Several years ago, I called their emergency number on a weekend night and left a message as I had excruciating tooth pain from a suspected infection--they called back quickly, told me what to do to (successfully!!) manage my pain until they could squeeze me in for an evaluation. They ended up needing to refer me for a root canal with another provider in the same building (who was also awesome). I completely trust this dental office with my care. (And I'm a dental office "phobe" so I'm very picky about my care!) Call them, you will be happy you did!

Went in for a consultation. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Pavinee explained the treatment plan very well.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Pavinee and her entire Team. Everyone, starting at the front desk, is very friendly, professional, helpful and talented. I have seen several Prosthodontists over the years, but none even come close to Dr. Pavinee. She has done bone grafting and implants for me and is extremely skilled and trustworthy. And kind! Also, the procedures have been explained in great detail. Dr. Pavinee is a ROCKSTAR!

Seattle a specialty Dentistry has done several implants on me before 2020, the start of Covid. I was very happy about their work. I needed teeth cleaning. Because of Covid, I didn't visit them for two years till few weeks ago. They did a thorough cleaning and exam. I have no problem with the implants. I think because they have done such good job to start with.

Did the hygienist just have a BAD DAY yesterday? I have never in my 90 plus years in a dentist chair had such a bad/rough experience. I understand she only works on Mondays, so no more cleaning on Mondays for me.

I had to get crowns for two of my front teeth. I selected Seattle Specialty Dentistry because their website claimed that they were more than a dentist and an expect in aesthetics. This seemed ideal for crowns, but unfortunately this is not the experience I had. The crowns were uncomfortable and unattractive. Being that they were in the front this is a big, as they are seen often. On my that one occasion Dr. Pavinee walked out of the room as I was trying to work through these issues. The experience was beyond disappointing. Do not come here for crowns.

My first dental cleaning appointment with Alex. I love the way he handle his patient. He is so detail and also inform you of your dental health and some important teachings of my concerns. He is very competent on his expertise! He make sure everything is well taken care, Thanks Alex for checking & cleaning my night guard! And love my dentist as well! Thank you!
