Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Caggiano, worked with dentists, managed clinics, and finally took over a Beverly Hills practice in 1984. There, he perfected his skills and learned how to make dental treatment relaxed and comfortable for patients while dramatically beautifying their smiles.
In 1992 Dr. Caggiano relocated his family to the Seattle area where he purchased a practice he still calls home today. He has kept with his vision of being dedicated to improving patients dental health while improving the appearance of their teeth.

This advanced type of digital radiography provides a 3-dimensional digital image of your mouth, ensuring optimum results in implant placement.When not at the office, Dr. Caggiano enjoys spending time with his family, walking his two dogs, and perfecting his homemade pizza.
Dr. Caggiano was trained in Cosmetic Full Mouth Reconstruction at theLas Vegas Institute(LVI). LVI Global is an international institution that has been attended by over ten thousand dentists. LVI promotes contemporary techniques and technology as well as a comprehensive diagnosis. Dr. Caggiano also performs Drill-less Dentistry Equipped with The Wand, a Computerized System of Anesthetic Delivery. He utilizes Laser Dentistry to Treat Gum Disease and Avoid Surgery as well.
Additionally, Dr. Caggiano was trained in Implant Dentistry byThe International Dental Implant Association. The International Dental Implant Association was founded in 2008 by Dr. Arun Garg, an international Oral Surgeon, lecturer, and author. The Association has nearly 3,000 members and gives Dr. Caggiano access to some of the most influential dentists in the field.
Dr. Caggiano is a member ofThe Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation(DOCS). He isDOCS Trainedand Licensed in Oral and IV Conscious Sedation, commonly referred to as Anxiety-Free Dentistry. The DOCS Education Instructors are highly accomplished doctors and a powerful team. Dr. Caggianos DOCS Training is crucial because when patients neglect dental visits due to fear, their oral health suffers.
Dr. Caggiano is committed to professional excellence and holds multiple memberships within the dental field. I love this place! The best dental office I've ever been to. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. I had high anxiety due to previous experiences at dental offices but Kristy made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She walked me through the whole process of my veneers and did not once make me feel like a burden for asking so many questions.This definitely makes them stand out compared to other offices. There's a reason why Dr. Mark is so successful because he is a great dentist. His staff are awesome they are all very considerate and helpful to each other and it shows. Thank you Dr. Mark and team! Watch out for Kristy though, she's a perfectionist and so she's not gonna let you go unhappy:) she's awesome! I love my veneers Kristy! It's a game changer:)

I got a call from the office today and don't remember the woman's name but she was ride , condescending, arrogant and accused me of not listening. I think she was not listening to me and my needs, where was the caring for someone in discomfort and I was trying to get some answers and at the age hanged up on me. I'm sure Dr. Caggianno is still the nice kind person I remember, his staff not so much.

Visit was for an initial consultation on 2 implants. Whole office was very friendly, professional, and Dr. Caggiano took extra time to explain the procedure. I will be having him do the 2 implants.

Dr. Caggiano is a man who listens to make sure he gives you the best smile you're looking for. Giving him and Kristi photos of my dream smile made the process so easy. So far I just got foundations. The explanation I got covered everything. The doctor answered all the questions I had.The procedure was very efficient and short. Office was beautiful. They were all friendly. And most amazingly there was almost no pain!!!! I was recommended the dentist by a trusted friend of mine. And I do it to you. ( Not paid advertisements).

The experience that I had at Seattle's Best Smiles Kirkland office was by far the best I've ever had !!!!! From the moment you walk in you will see why, everyone at the office makes you feel so welcomed and at home!! I really appreciated how they took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted to fix about my smile. I loved how they helped me , and educated me on what veneers would look best for me and my smile!!! Some offices I have gone to I felt like the Doctor was just going to give me a standard smile, with standard veneers and never listened to my concerns. However, this is NOT the case With Seattle's Best Smiles !! I knew After taking with them that I was going to get veneers that were made just for me!! I have to say that I'm am the biggest chicken when it comes to dental work, and I have waited 15 years to get my veneers and I am so happy I did!!! The process from start to finish was PAINLESS!!! I wish I found this office years ago!!!!! Thanks again to Dr. Cagganio, Kristi, and Kara for helping me finally LOVE LOVE LOVE my smile !!!!!!

Mr. Caggiano and his Team where very professional and efficient during consultation in explaining the cost, procedures and benefits of mini dental implants. If you are considering implants, I believe it would be in your very best interest to consider Mr. Caggiano. I am looking forward to having my mini dental implants done.

They were very professional. Doctor spent a lot of time with me on my consultation and discussed more than one option. They are very high priced and not certain I can afford, but if I can, I would go here.
