Dr. Kate Palmateer graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2012. At graduation, she was awarded The Academy of Osseointegration Award for excellence in implants and the Department of Periodontics Recognition Award. Dr. Kate strives to bring the best, most advanced care to her patients, all while having a gentle touch. In her spare time, Dr. Kate enjoys spending time with her boys, Cooper and Miles, exploring nature, skiing, camping, going to Disney World, and eating pizza and donuts.
Dr. Josh Palmateer graduated from Grand Valley State University with a dual major teaching degree. He taught high school science for two years before deciding to go back to school to be a dentist. Dr. Josh attended the Medical University of South Carolina and obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2016. Dr. Josh has a friendly smile and a big heart; he enjoys getting to know all the families he cares for and educating them for optimal oral health. Dr. Julie Driscolls passion for artistry and admiration of the natural sciences drew her to the field of dentistry. Through artist eyes and attention to detail, she can envision and execute patients goals and dreams. Upon graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina, she was awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Dental Award: for having the greatest knowledge and proficiency in general dentistry. Dr. Driscoll then served as Chief Resident during advanced dentistry residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Driscolls love of travel, service and dentistry led to numerous mission trips, where she was able to utilize her fluency in Spanish to connect with patients. She completed the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry residencyin the summer of 2021. Dr. Driscoll is in the accreditation process with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is a Fellowship candidate in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Driscoll is committed to clinical excellence in the fields of general and cosmetic dentistry; to help patients cultivate self esteem, simply by improving smiles; allowing patients to take better care of their systemic health and pursue their dreams.
Michelle is one of the friendly faces you will see at the front desk. She has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. She loves to assist patients by helping them utilize their dental insurance efficiently and obtain the treatment they need. Michelle is also our team leader, always supporting the team and keeping our office flowing smoothly. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, watching her daughters play sports, fishing, cooking, and of course, learning and growing in her profession.
Dalylah has been in the dental field for over 15 years as a registered dental hygienist and at Seastone Dental for six of those years. Dalylah is passionate about dental health and also loves to spend time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. Dalylah has lived in the Summerville area since she was six years old and currently resides there with her husband, daughter, and three dogs.
Eva moved to Summerville and started working at Seastone Dental in 2015. She completed her education and began her dental hygiene career in 2011 in Massachusetts, where she grew up. She enjoys getting to know her patients and finding ways to help them achieve and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile. Eva loves living in South Carolina and spends her free time with her husband and two daughters playing outside in the gorgeous weather. Her favorite activities are hiking, biking, going to the beach, and exploring all that the Charleston area has to offer.
Jana is a recent graduate from Trident Technical College and our newest hygienist. She is very passionate about educating her patients on how to keep a beautiful, healthy smile. Jana has lived in the Summerville area her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being on the lake, and trying new restaurants. Jana looks forward to a long career in the dental field and building long lasting relationships with her patients.

I love Dr Jules! I think dentistry is also part artistry and not everyone has that skill, Dr Jules is an artist. I am so excited because today we decided to move forward with replacing all of my veneers. The technology has improved so much since mine were done over 25 years ago. This is a big investment and I trust Dr Jules to give me a smile I will be proud of. I love that she is always training, always learning and improving her skills. I also enjoy her company and that is important when you make a big commitment to dental project that takes a lot of chair time. I also love that her staff adores her and they are excited by all of the new cosmetic practices they are doing. Great environment and 1000% worth the drive for me!

Very considerate of any issues you might be having. Go over the treatment plan in detail and answer questions thoroughly. Prior to coming to this practice, I had gone to the same dentist for YEARS. Never had this level of customer service!!! Dr. Kate and Dr. Josh are great. Michelle is awesome - works around my schedule to get me in for my appointments (and sometimes my schedule doesn't make it easy). The hygienists and other techs are super friendly and detail what they're doing. Would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone

Dr. Grant Bale was very accommodating and considerate of my feelings and comfort level. Miss Delilah is an excellent hygienist. I'm very pleased with my experience at Seastone Dental. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this dental practice. Back today for my 6 month exam & cleaning. Signed up for their dental care plan - prepay $395 and it covers exams, cleaning and X-rays for one year plus 20% off other procedures. Definitely a great deal - my normal cost for one year for the covered services would be closer to $500. Great for folks who do t have dental insurance! Thank you, Dalylah, for suggesting it.

This is the most professional dentist office I have ever been to in my long life. The people are all knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with. The clerks, hygienists and dentist are all great at making you feel welcome and wanted. I highly recommend this office.
