Dr. Wrucks inspiration to become an orthodontist began during her own orthodontic treatment when she was in middle school. She was fascinated by the change in her smile and confidence as a result of her orthodontic treatment. She loves being able to provide that same transformation for her own patients today.
Dr. Wruck grew up in Southbury, CT. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Wruck earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Wruck then went on to complete her three year specialty training in Orthodontics at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. She was the chief resident during her last year of residency at Montefiore. Dr. Wruck is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Wruck worked in private practice in Connecticut before she and her husband moved to Long Island to be closer to her husbands family in Eastport, where he grew up.
