Implants are surgical grade titanium posts that are surgically placed beneath the gums. These are designed to replace the roots of teeth that have been extracted. Implants fuse to the bone, acting as artificial tooth roots. Replacement teeth (removable or non-removable) are then attached to the implants creating teeth that are practically indistinguishable from the natural teeth..
Laser technology in dentistry is used for, and it is used to remove caries (decay) from teeth without use of a local anesthetic. Laser technology is also used for eliminating bacteria in the gums which can lead to better gum health. Biopsies may be performed,and bone can be contoured in this manner. It is also an effective treatment for canker sores and ulcers.
Dental bridges are restorations that fill the gap where a tooth is missing. The pontic (filler tooth) is attached to two surrounding teeth by crowns. The bridge is then cemented into the teeth. Patients that have spaces in the mouth may require a bridge to keep multiple teeth from shifting.
This dental treatment is used to repair teeth that have become infected or show signs of decay. During the procedure, the pulp and nerve are removed, and the insides of the tooth are cleaned then sealed. The last step is to place a crown on the newly cleaned tooth. This will keep it from breaking in the future.

Following her BS degree in biochemistry and cell biology from University of California San Diego in 1994, Dr. Najafi pursued her doctorate degree at University of California San Francisco. Her post-doctorate program in cutting edge general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry was completed at UCLA, and after opening her dental practice in Santa Monica in 2002, she moved her new dental practice to Irvine, CA, in 2009.
A caring and gentle dentist, Dr. Shawn Bruening, has helped hundreds of patients overcome anxiety about going to the dentist. She helps patients become more interested in their oral health by taking time to educate and patients recognize her genuine care.

Dr. Kashani and his team are so welcoming! I needed a last minute service before my international trip and they accommodated me. I was able to confidently enjoy my trip. Everyone is friendly and professional. In addition, Dr. Kashani is great at his profession. Highly recommend!

Underwent a root canal and told the doc I was nervous. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process as he went. No pain during the procedure, just pressure as was expected. All around would recommend this practice. I really felt valued and appreciate them very much.

I had the best experience at Seaside Dental care: A Boutique style dental office. Dr Kashani and his amazing staff are so professional. Dr Kashani went over the treatment options for my tooth and explained it all. The staff are very welcoming and create very warm and comfortable environment for patients. I had the best experience, Dr. Kashani is so gentle, so skilled with zero discomfort! Absolutely I recommend them!!

I'm so glad I found Seaside Dental Care. Dr. Bruening takes the time to discuss her concerns and our preventative course of action. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist, but she puts me at ease (and let's me listen to my headphones the whole time). She's the kindest, gentlest, most comprehensive dentist I've ever had. Very affordable The dentist told me in the room the deep dental cleaning it is not expensive then after finish exam and regular cleaning the receptionist showed me bill for 789 deep dental cleaning they lied to me because they said the insurance won't cover until November I called insurance company this is wrong information

I absolutely always hated going to the dentist. It has been 5 years since i have gone in matter of fact. My teeth started to get so stained i was embarrassed to smile in public. So, i put on my big boy pants and decided it was time to go. I did some research on dentists that were close to where i live and was taken back by how high Seaside Dentals ratings were compared to everyone elses. So, i decided to give them a go. Went in with major anxiety and was greeted by a really nice girl at the front desk. I was taken in on time and the sweet lady that did the xrays on me made me feel comfortable and took her time with me. Then i met Dr Najafi and she literally took my fear and anxiety away within the first 5 minutes of talking. She was very thorough with going over my xrays and explaining a game plan. She ended up doing a deep cleaning on half of mouth and it was absolutely painless. I actually now am looking forward to my next appointment and getting my gums and teeth nice and healthy again. Thank you Seaside Dental!! By far without question the best dental office around.

I could not be more pleased with the people and work done this week to repair my damaged lower four front teeth. In 2 1/2 hours four damaged teeth were removed and a new (temporary) permanent bridge with four teeth were in place like there had never been a problem and I was out the door. ready for an apple, corn on the cobb or a steak instead of applesauce, cottage cheese and oatmeal. Painless and professional work. In 3 weeks I will return and they will replace the temp bridge with the forever one. Just amazing and excellent price. This dentist office was not courteous to me when I had set up a payment plan to assist with getting my mom's teeth done. They went 2 months without putting the payments through even though we had a contract set up that explicitly says "the payments will be automatically deducted on this date" Now my family will be inconvenienced with these payments for the next 2 months when the last payment should have gone through by this month. My family's bills will now have to be delayed due to their incompetence to get a system that is "Automatic" and not have to put through payments MANUALLY. This is only done by ONE person for both offices when realistically they should have multiple people trained on how to do such a thing. Not pleased with them at all.

Love Seaside Dental Care. It's clean, equipments are up-to-date, staff are nice and friendly. They make you feel welcome and They'll take care of you. They can work with you on payment plans.
