Dr. Bassir is a 2003 graduate from the New York University College of Dentistry, followed by a 2-year post-doctoral General Practice Residency at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He has dedicated his professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. He continually educates himself and his staff on the newest dental techniques and the latest advances in general, cosmetic and implant dentistry in order that he may offer you state-of-the-art, personalized, and comfortable dental care. A long-time practitioner in Orange County, Dr. Bassir has opened his San Clemente and Huntington Beach offices to continue his dedication to the practice of dentistry and providing his patients with the best results possible. Dr. Bassir is licensed to practice dentistry in New York, Utah, and California, and is certified to perform Adult-Only Oral Conscious Sedation in the state of California. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Bassir lives in South Orange County with his stunningly beautiful wife and their 2 dogs. In his spare time he enjoys reading, playing saxophone and model-making.

Today I had my teeth cleaned with Teresa-- a good job. Also, my current insurance is about to expire and thanks to Stacy at the front desk, I am clear now on a number of different dental plans. I appreciate her great help: she was very informative, patient and personable in educating me on different dental insurance options, and for this she deserves special recognition!

I had a tooth infection and the Seascape team was able to get me in on the same day. The team was able to quickly identify the problem and preform the procedure to relieve my pain. Karen was super helpful from setting up the appointment to going over the cost and setting up my follow up appointment. Dr. Bassir kept the room light hearted and removed my tooth quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend Seascape!
