Dr. Osborn and her team have been so amazing throughout my entire treatment. These past two years of treatment have been challenging but I'm so happy with my results. It would not be the same without the talent and care I got from Seaport Smiles. The practice is professional, helpful, and inviting. I can recommend Dr. Osborn and Seaport Smiles for any orthodontic or aesthetic procedures, and they have a wide range of treatment options. They're the best of the best!

Dr. Ella and her team were absolutely amazing throughout my Invisalign process. The dental monitoring scan box was also really convenient and gave me peace of mind that Dr. Ella was monitoring my Invisalign progression on a weekly basis. My teeth turned out great and I've been recommending seaport smiles to all of my friends who have expressed interest in Invisalign!

Dr Ella is the BEST. I met her five years back through friends and when she was getting her business off the ground. After a few years I can around to not only fix my underbite but straighten everything out in anticipation of my wedding next year. Ella is great with communication, provides expectations up front, guides you the whole way through, and finally delivers on all her promises. I'd recommend everyone to Dr. Ella as she's such a great person and great at what she does!!!

Seaport Smiles is a 10/10! Dr. Ella and the rest of the team are incredible. I was hesitant to start Invisalign but they made the experience so easy. My teeth are now perfect and it didn't take long at all. Plus, the office is adorable and in such a cute location :) If you're even slightly considering starting Invisalign, go to Seaport Smiles and see Dr. Ella for at least the free consultation!

I can't possibly speak highly enough about Dr. Ella and her incredible team and practice! Dr. Ella and her team are professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and welcoming. They communicate quickly and clearly at every stage of treatment and provide support all along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I didn't believe that my issues with crowding and an open bite would ever be fixable, but Dr. Ella and her team have changed my life for the better!

I had a bad experience and Dr. Ella required me to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to get a refund (I declined). I'm horrified by the number of positive reviews. Her office offers skin care services as well as orthodontic and many reviews do not specify which they're reviewing so I would keep that in mind. Please continue reading so you're well informed of her concerning practices. Go to someone who will tell you upfront they've never done your treatment type before, and not walk away from you in the dental chair with a bleeding mouth and never contact you afterwards, like Dr. Ella. I had braces before so my bite was fine. I saw Dr. Ella to treat a cosmetic concern - my gummy smile. It cost me $5,841, including a big discount for paying that day. Many things went wrong. The worst is first. At my last appointment, she tried to insert a TAD (mini screw). Previously, she said she was uncomfortable doing it. My other TADs had all been inserted by her husband, Dr. Tim. That day, she tried and failed twice. She stood up, walked away from me, went into her office, and closed the door! She didn't come back out of her office. She didn't tell me what had happened. At this point, I told her assistants I had to go. I was extremely upset and my son was crying (I specifically got permission to bring him). An assistant stuck her head in the office door, came back, and said leaving was OK. When I got to my car, my mouth was bleeding, which never happened before. It bled into the night and hurt a lot. Dr. Ella never reached out to me. I went to an emergency dentist the next day. I eventually got a text from her husband offering to put in the TAD but Dr. Ella herself never, ever reached out to me to check on my bleeding mouth, to tell me what happened, apologize...nothing! Total radio silence. I emailed her after almost 3 weeks saying I wasn't comfortable continuing to see her and asked for a partial refund to go elsewhere to at least fix my bite (Because by this point, my bite was totally messed up and only my front teeth touched so I couldn't leave it that way). She offered me $312 out of $5,841 and ONLY if I signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement, forbidding me from leaving this review or even talking about it with my family! Also: Serious communication issues with her office. I'm talking waiting weeks for a reply after multiple times reaching out. She admitted after several months she had never done this type of treatment before. She put the cutouts for my trays in the wrong places. Months after starting treatment, her office contacted me saying I owed $100. I had to provide screenshots of my receipt to show I'd paid in full. She said several times she submitted my claim to my dental insurance. After my last visit, I asked my dental insurance and they said they never got a claim, and it was too late anyway. When I told Dr. Ella, she said she submitted my claim but couldn't provide me with a copy because according to her, she is using a new system. She did submit the claim at that time, and for whatever reason, my dental insurance did reimburse me despite the passed deadline. Her office prescribed me a mouthwash of Chlorhexidine. Over time, I noticed and commented to her several times that I swore I was brushing my teeth but they were still turning yellow! She never said anything about stopping Chlorhexidine. Finally, my dentist told me that teeth can become stained with long term use of Chlorhexidine. A critical part of my treatment involved coordination between Dr. Ella and a periodontist. Dr. Ella referred me to a periodontist. I told her at my next appointment what the periodontist said. At my following appointment, I mentioned the periodontist in passing and Dr. Ella asked me why I had seen a periodontist! It appeared to me she had forgotten what the periodontist had said, that she had sent me to a periodontist in the first place, and honestly about my entire treatment plan! Please, please, please go somewhere else.

TLDR: Dr. Ella Osborn is one of the best orthodontists in the Boston area and beyond, she will work tirelessly to make sure you are happy with your result. I have always had really terrible teeth - think cavities in every tooth, lots of dental work, etc. I also had an awful orthodontic experience in my teens. In addition to that, I had been told I needed to get jaw surgery to correct my bite and my airway. All of this was extremely overwhelming to the point where I had put off treatment for many years. Over these years, I talked to many different docs, not really feeling comfortable with any of them. Then, I found Seaport Smiles. One of the things I always look for in my healthcare providers in addition to their credentials is how much they care about what they do. It was evident to me from the very beginning that Dr. Ella loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients and her work. It starts with the fact that the Seaport Smiles office looks amazing (even their gloves match the logo!) and ends with your teeth looking better than you ever imagined they could look. It's when you smile with confidence, don't cover your mouth when you laugh, and all of a sudden don't hate candid pictures of yourself that you know you entrusted your smile and your appearance to the right person. It sounds cheesy, but your life truly does change forever and you can no longer imagine how you lived with the previous version of your teeth. Over the last year, I started Invisalign with Dr. Ella, got jaw surgery from Dr. Tim, and am planning another surgery with them in the near future. Although jaw surgery is a scary experience, it is really nice to have a team that works so well together and that shows that they care about you at every single appointment and beyond. It was such a relief not to have to cross-coordinate care between the two offices because it was already done for me. It was also really encouraging to know that they use the latest techniques and the latest science to make the recovery as easy as possible - having talked to MANY people who have gone through this experience, I can say that I had the speediest/easiest recovery by far. My only regret to date is not having done all of this sooner, but I am glad to be doing this now. All I can say is a huge thank you to Dr. Ella and team for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Ella Osborn and her team are absolutely phenomenal! They are very knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and fun- I always look forward to visiting! Dr. Ella is one of the best orthodontist I have ever met in my life. My daughters teeth came out beautiful! I highly recommend going in for a consult and I guarantee when you leave there your experience will be wonderful.

Dr. Osborn is the best orthodontist! She listens to what you want and also knows how to give you the perfect smile. She is someone I trust with my smile and I definitely recommend her! The office is also is very trendy and clean. The environment and friendly staff really make you enjoy coming in for each visit! When I was younger I had braces however I wasn't happy with how my smile and teeth aligned when that treatment was finished. At the time I didn't think it was a big deal but over the years I started to notice my smile more. I then stumbled upon Seaport Smiles and loved the office/staff and took the leap to start Invisalign treatment. I'm very glad that I did and now I am genuinely so happy with my new smile. Thank you Dr. Osborn!!!

This business is located in Fort Point, not the Seaport. They should lean into the creativity of this neighborhood rather than chasing the endless consumption of the Seaport.

I visited Seaport Smiles, based on the recommendation from another orthodontist, for a quick scan and the appointment went very smoothly. Valerie and the team were very friendly and helpful in terms of getting the appointment setup and doing the scan itself. I didn't have to wait at all and the experience was very efficient and pleasant overall. Highly recommend for people looking to get any orthodontic work done here as it a fantastic place with a good team!

I truly couldn't say enough great things about Dr. Osborne, Roberta, and the rest of the staff at Seaport Smiles. From the moment I walk into the office to the moment I leave, I am treated with nothing but professionalism and kindness. You couldn't possibly find a more invested, talented, and dedicated Orthodontist than Dr. Ella Osborne. It is so unbelievably evident how much Dr. Osborne cares about her patients. Not only from an orthodontic standpoint but from a personal one as well. If you are looking for an Orthodontist look no further- there is no one better than Seaport Smiles!!

As the daughter of a dentist, I am suuuuper discerning when it comes to finding dental and orthodontic providers (PS: I've had braces before!!). When my amazing dentist, Dr. Mike Mayr, recommended Dr. Ella Osborn for Invisalign I was very grateful, and even more so now that I've completed my treatment. Dr. Osborn is incredibly thorough, meticulous, brilliant, and efficient, all while being a really lovely and genuine person! Her office is gorgeous, vibrant, and welcoming, her staff are also kind and friendly. It's spotless, super clean, and also very safe with taking appropriate precautions due to the pandemic. Dr. Osborn is absolutely the best orthodontist and someone I trust implicitly with my smile. She is professional and also manages to have fun - she also has great taste in music. While some aspects of orthodontia can be unpleasant, it's made much more tolerable when Britney or Lady Gaga is playing through the office. TL/DR: Best orthodontist ever - basically a miracle worker, clean office, kind and professional staff, stop Googling and make an appointment now!! Best decision EVER!!!

Was holding off on Invisalign for years after having braces as a teen and not wearing my retainer. I am so happy I finally did it with seaport smiles. Dr. Ella Osborn and her team make everything seem so smooth and easy. They go out of the way to customize your plan for your personal needs and preferences. I would highly recommend starting if you have ever thought about doing Invisalign. There's no better time than now with mask mandates!
