Update 11/7/2022: This dental practice dentists, technicians and staff continue to bring their "A" game! -------- The staff here is great! The office staff ways have records ready. The technicians and Dentists are all personable and professional. State of the art equipment and procedures every time. Check in and check out are a breeze! Insurance is processed quickly without issue. I keep on a regular quarterly schedule, but they've always taken good care of me when I have had issues or and emergency. I've been coming here for years. And, even after I moved to South KC I keep coming here for Dental care!

I had an appointment at 10:00 this . morning,the 26th for annual teeth cleaning,l had a new lady, l have a hard time complaining, but my mouth is still sore, she didn't rinse my mouth as she was cleaning, used a dry gauges to wipe my mouth , and when finished didn't use ask what flavor of paste to finish polishing my mouth, and didn't polish. I am sorry to have to say something , If she is new, need to know Cindy Dempsey

I was very pleased to have been seen so quickly for a consultation, as well as scheduling my next appointment in a matter of weeks; as opposed to months at other offices. I also loved that they took the time to actually look at my itemized treatment plan and cross reference this back to my insurance for me. Most office will not take the time until the money starts coming in. This was a huge help!

I am a new patient because my "old" dentist has retired. I was a patient of "old" for 30 years so I was a little worried about walking into a new practice. I was put at ease immediately when the receptionist said "welcome, we are glad to meet you." Very friendly, caring staff and just an overall great experience! I highly recommend Seaport!

Enjoyed my appointment! Unfortunately I can't remember my dental hygienists' name. I think it began with C (Claira, Clare)? Anyway, she was very thorough and methodical with the dental cleaning. I would definitely recommend her for your dental cleanings.

Prompt service, very caring, polite and friendly staff. Dr Tinsley is a remarkable and outstanding in his work. I and my family have been patients at this facility over 20 years and have never had a complaint. Outstanding dental care!!

I had a crown come off of a front tooth and they were great at getting me an immediate appointment. They quickly and meticulously, re-cemented my crown. Dr.Tinsley informed me if this doesn't stay we may have to put in a new post and new crown.

Each hygienist provides excellent care. Clinicians are thorough and they provide information that enables patients to provide good home care. Valerie made the experience fun. I left the appointment with clean teeth, equipped for home maintenance. The waiting room is comfortable with ample space for distancing. HGTV is entertaining. Front end staff is thorough and professional. Kudos to a well-run dental office!

I trust Dr. Tinsley completely. He is highly intelligent and skilled in dentistry. He is also a good listener, sincere and empathetic. Dr. Tinsley's staff is kind and thorough.
