Sean Wilsons practice philosophy, clear communications and superior skills were honed through a uniquely distinguished path. He excelled in the finest dental school and through years of post-graduate training in esthetics, advanced dental implants and full mouth reconstructive dentistry.
As an associate dentist in clinical practice, he treatment planned the most complex cases, mentored daily for five years by one of the pioneers of cosmetic dentistry Jeff Morley, DDS, who co-founded the prestigious American Academy of Dentistry.
Dr. Wilson gained valuable exposure to some of the most advanced dental techniques and systems during the first five years of his clinical practice. This close association with one of the planets top practitioners of his generation enabled Dr. Wilson to springboard to the level of the most experienced and respected cosmetic/restorative clinicians in the world.
Sean Wilson graduated in 2000 from the highly regarded University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA, where he received a world class education in Dental Science. Directly after obtaining his degree, Dr. Wilson was the first graduate ever to receive a scholarship to the renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).
Following post-graduate studies in Las Vegas, Dr. Wilson was chosen from a large field of applicants to associate in the office of Dr. Jeff Morley in San Francisco. This position enabled Dr. Wilson to immerse himself in post-graduate studies in the clinical setting. Not only did it give him a boost above his dental school colleagues, it also instilled in him an understanding and appreciation of the value of continuing dental education. During his tenure, which coincided with Dr. Morleys last five years in practice, Dr. Wilson engaged in clinical training including complete dental makeovers involving restorative and cosmetic dentistry. At this time, he became a member of the American Academy of Dentistry and therefore a student of the most respected dental clinicians in the world.
Today, Dr. Wilson is a recognized speaker, trainer and author who contributes regularly to forward-thinking professional dental organizations and journals. As an industry consultant, he tests new and innovative restorative materials for corporations including 3M.
In 2005, Dr. Wilson returned to his home town of Santa Rosa and opened his practice near downtown, where he offers the highest quality dentistry to residents of the North Bay Counties, and to existing patients whove followed from San Francisco.

Every time I visit the offices of Sean Wilson, DDS, everybody with whom I interact is extremely pleasant and friendly. I've never experienced any significant discomfort. I've never had to wait more than just a few moments for my appointment. As near as I can tell, my teeth are in pretty decent shape, so I believe that they're doing a great job keeping my teeth in good condition. I know that it's a trope that visits to the dentist or the dental hygienist are supposed to be painful, but that is not my experience with this office. Update 2022-11-03: Yet another visit for teeth cleaning. Time in the waiting room was less than a minute. Hygienist was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Cleaning process was completely free of discomfort. Dr. Wilson checked the x-ray images and had a look at my teeth and made recommendation for future care. The hygienist finished their work and sent me on my way. No discomfort afterwards, no bleeding. Two thumbs up for a positive experience.

As usual my experience at Dr Wilson's office was exceptional. Very professional care by his Hygenist followed by a thorough inspection by Dr Wilson. Have been using his services since our move to this area over 5 years ago. I had excellent service by my dentist in Austi, TX and was quite relieved to find Dr Wilson and his staff when we moved here.

Dr. Wilson is extremely gentle always has a great sense of humor and I would recommend him highly. I've never had a great dentist and Jess and staff have been such a pleasure to work. Sean's a great I've now sent my daughter 22 and son 18 yrs old to him. I got my wisdom teeth removed it only took about an hour healed right up. Everyone likes the staff and how quick the appointments are. Very direct to the point and always a pleasure getting the input needed to keep good hygiene. B. Kilgore

Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful from the front office to Dr. Wilson. I had something that needed immediate attention and he moved things around to accommodate same day aid and did an excellent job. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was extremely nervous but the hygienist was beyond patient with me and calmly explained her steps. I asked twice but unfortunately have forgotten this particular hygienist's name she has beautiful long braids. Thanks!
