After graduating with his engineering degree and getting his first paycheck from his first job, Dr. Sefidpour asked his dentist for a referral to an orthodontist. The effect of correcting his malocclusion and getting the smile he always wanted made a profound difference in his life. After experiencing firsthand the positive effect of orthodontic treatment on his self-confidence, Dr. Sefidpour made the decision that thiswas what he wanted to do as a profession.
He attended the University of California-San Francisco School of Dentistry, where he was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Sefidpour completed a two-year residency at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he received a certificate and a Master of Science in orthodontics.
Having practiced for more than two decades, Dr. Sefidpour understands that continuing education is essential to keep up with advances in orthodontic treatment methods. Thanks to his continual studies, he has implemented leading-edge technologies, such as digital scanning, 3D printing, and cone beam scanning into his practice to provide consistent, high-quality treatment to his patients.
Dr. Sefidpour has lived and practiced in Granite Bay, California, for more than 20years. He and his wife of nearly three decades have two beautiful children. When hes not in the office, Dr. Sefidpour likes to exercise and restore vintage cars, and above all, spend time with his family.

This girl sucked her thumb as a young child. She started treatment at age 13. She had braces and a special appliance called a crib to retrain the tongue, for 28 months. Now she can bite the lettuce out of a sandwich.
This man, age 25, required braces and jaw surgery to correct his severe overbite. Treatment lasted two years. His problem could have been corrected without surgery if he had been treated before he was a teenager.
This womans underbite was causing her jaw joint discomfort and excessive wear patterns on her teeth. After about 30 months of treatment starting at age 32, she now finds smiling and chewing much easier.
At age ten, this girl had a big overjet, with the top teeth protruding beyond the bottom. She had two phases of treatment. The first helped her jaws to grow more harmoniously, and the second aligned her teeth and bite. At age 13, she was proudly displaying her new smile.
This boys parents were concerned about both aesthetics and the health of the erupting permanent teeth when they brought him to the orthodontist at age eight. The lower front teeth were crowded and touching the palate, and the upper front teeth were extremely displaced from their normal positions. After 12 months of Phase-One treatment with an expander and partial braces, the patients appearance and dental function were vastly improved.

Dr. Sefidpour and staff are fantastic! They have engineered beautiful smiles for all three of my children. They are professional, maintain a spotless facility and are super friendly and accommodating for the unforeseen things that come up (I.e. getting appointments for broken brackets to be fixed, etc.). I give my highest recommendation to friends and family all the time!

Took my son for for an examination/checkup. Both left with positive, pleasant impressions. Dr. Sefidpour is very open, nice and direct, making himself easily understandable to a non-specialist. Definitely recommend!

My family has been going to Dr. Sefidpour for the last 3 years. He was actually our third consult after seeing two other orthodontist in town. I have two kids and both other doctors wanted to start them right away. Dr. Sefidpour said that one needed to start but my second child can be in observation. He explained patiently what was going to happen and I really liked how he also addressed my daughter and talked to her about what was going to happen. He was professional but above all very kid friendly. Well, needless to say we started with him for my daughter and he kept monitoring my younger son for the following year--for free, until he felt it was time for him to start. I was thankful because in the meantime he was older and more confident, but also he had seen his older sister and got to know Dr. and staff and felt very comfortable. My daughter is out of braces and has won the best smile in her class!!!!And my son is in the middle of his treatment. I have recommended Dr. Sefidpour to relatives and friends because I trust his work and his ethics. Have seen it first hand. I am now actually thinking that once my son is out, then maybe I get some Invisalign for myself:)))

I went to see dr Sefidpour about a year and a half ago to get invisalign. I had very crooked teeth and I waited to post this review. I am happy to say that my teeth are perfect now! My experience with him and is staff was exceptional! Highly recommended!

Dr Sefidpour and staff are my favorites. Always the same people which tells you a lot about an office. No complaints from me and I always give them any referral I can. Anyone in need of braces should give them a chance. Also ran into an ex professional ball player and current MLB manager at his office one afternoon. I will leave out his name for privacy......but that was a really unexpected and cool experience. We had a chat for close to 20 minutes. This office is the best.

From the moment you walk into this practice you know you are in good hands. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sefidpour is a great orthodontist with great attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He takes the time to explain your treatment in detail and takes your through the process in a very efficient and smooth manner. Dr.Sefidpour is a wonderful orthodontist. He is so kind, caring and super professional at the same time.We had a wonderful experience at Dr Sefidpour's clinic over the last 3 years. My sister's case was a complicated one, but Dr Sefidpour and his staff did an amazing job in giving her a beautiful smile and by putting my parents at ease throughout the process. At every visit Dr Sefidpour made it a point to brief us and address our concerns - this personal touch made a world of difference. I am now tempted to get Invisalign done for myself because of the impressive job he did on my sister's teeth.
