I went into the Aspen Dental office in June of 2021, at that time was using the 19.99 special of x- ray and exam for that price . Had everything done. Needed to have PCP clearance do to past health history. They were supposed to get in touch with my Dr. That Never happened. I call several times and they didn't respond. Went back into the office in February and got a revaluation . For a root canal, gingivitis treatment and a crown. Set up all the appointments and was told the appointment had been canceled the day before it's scheduled day. Then received a call asking why I missed my appointment. Was told that the hygienist had a death in the family. Then was treated as if I thought the death was not as important as my appointment by the person on the phone. At this point I explained that that was Ridiculous and Unprofessional. About an 20 min after the call I got a call back from the Office Manager Mary apologizing for the previous cal and the misinformation. She said that from this point on only she would be my contact person. I went into my appointment on 2/22/22 for my cleaning and the root canal and the start of my crown. Was told by the Specialist that not only do I need 1 root canal but an additional two others. Then was told that they would have to break my built in retainers which cost about 3,000 dollars was never even mentioned before nor the additional root canals. So I can't have the procedures done. Was shot with Novocain before all of this was told to me. Have no idea of what to do at this point. The WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
