Dr. Yu completed his undergraduate education at UCLA, and graduated with honors from New York University College of Dentistry in 2003. After graduating dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Maimonides Medical Center, New York. Since 2006, Dr. Yu has maintained a private dental practice in Orange County focusing on comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic, implant, and preventive dentistry.
Dr. Yu is an approachable and friendly doctor who is easy to communicate with. He believes that sincerity and finest quality of care to be of upmost importance in the treatment of his patients. He pursues a family practice that builds long term relationships by providing excellent service with empathy and compassion. His outstanding work and gentle care is the reason why he is largely referred to by all of his patients. He continuously keeps up with the latest treatments in dental implants, general dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses.
Dr. Lee received her Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology at the University of California, Berkeley in 2007 and then a Master's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University. Once she realized her dream to become a dentist, she went on to earn her doctoral degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Since graduating in 2013, Dr. Lee has moved down to sunny Southern California and has dedicated her time as an associate dentist.
Her goal as a dentist is to help patients take an active, preventative approach to their oral and overall health. Having grown up with a lot of cavities and fillings, she understands what it is like being the patient and treats her patients as she would like to be treated, with integrity, without judgement, and with a gentle touch. She hopes to build a long-term relationship with her patients by providing excellent, up-to-date quality care in a friendly, comfortable environment.

my hubby came here first and he tells all his family & friends about Dr.Yu, he highly recommend coming this dentist office for your dental needs. I love to coming with no regrets and getting my crowns at Dr. Yu's office. Dr. Yu is truly honest, very professional and skilled. Dr. Yu lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there's no surprise. I have lots of anxiety about going to the dentist, but now I have an advocate. Great dental experience!!! Thanks to Dr. Yu and the entire team. Also, thanks to my hubby.

I have been going to Dr. Yu for the past 5 years. I love this guy. He is the most patient, the most caring doctor that I have ever had. Recently, I moved from irvine to Fresno, but I still keep going to him and wouldn't change him.

Called and left a message to set an appointment as a new patient on 2/17/22. A lady called me a day (2/18/22) after and told me that a next possible appointment is in September... I'm not sure if they are still in business.

Dr. Yu is the best dentist I have ever been to. Normally, I am scared to death to go to the dentist. He is extremely gentle and lets you know what he is doing. Besides being an amazing dentist, he is incredibly kind, honest and professional. I had to go through 6 dentists in Orange County before I found him. I can guarantee that you will never find a more honest and kind dentist in California.

Dr. Yu is the best dentist I have ever been to. Normally, I am scared to death to go to the dentist. He is extremely gentle and lets you know what he is doing. Besides being an amazing dentist, he is incredibly kind, honest and professional. I had to go through 6 dentists in Orange County before I found him. I can guarantee that you will never find a more honest and kind dentist in California.

Hands down... hands up... hands together clapping... Every which way you prefer to celebrate greatness... Dr. Sean is the most HONEST, easy to talk to, quality, EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DOES, respectful, trustworthy, detailed dentist I've ever experienced. Hands down! I literally dreaded dentists for 20+ years before coming here, when I met Dr Sean a few years back I was impressed by how WONDERFUL a dentist experience can be. So wonderful that I have sometimes wished I had a cavity just to go back and see him... No joke! Haha! I've sent my grandmother, uncle, coworkers, wife, family and anyone who brings up the topic of wanting a quality / honest / detailed dentist to go see Dr Sean. I've told people to drive from Long Beach, Corona, Aliso Viejo to see him. Just tonight, my in-laws brought up dentistry and I referred Dr Sean again, which in turn reminded me to write a Google review about him. I've had cavities filled here, I've had a crown done by him, and I've also had work done by Dr. Sean's recommendation for when I needed a root canal, that too was with a top quality and honest organization that Dr Sean referred me to. Can't recommend Dr Sean enough! Especially if you're in need of an Irvine Dentist or Orange County Dentist.

Look no further for a trustworthy and smart dentist. Dr Yu is the one. He's the best dentist I've gone to. He and his staff provided me with the most wonderful experience; they even made it fun. I can see why the Dr gets raving reviews...he's very nice, humble and honest. I walked out of his office feeling good knowing that not only was I not ripped off, I got only the treatments I needed. I've never trusted a dentist until I met Dr Yu. Highly recommend!

I tried going to several dentist in the area, and I am one of those who always complains about everything. But I just couldn't find anything about Dr. Yu or his office to complain about. As a matter of fact, now my whole family is going to him. You just can't find a better dentist in O.C.

You will not find a better dentist anywhere. He cares and is reasonably priced. Dr. Yu also happens to be exceptionally skilled. I have experience with quite a few dentists, good and not-so-good, and Dr. Yu is the best. Hands down. This is my first Google review.

Totally not happy, Called two weeks ago to set up an appointment, when I called the lady asked me to give her my insurance policy and she told me it's going to be free consultation and it's about two weeks until I'll be able to come in. Today, a day before the appointment the lady called me telling me my insurance won't cover dental and I'll have to pay $50 for consulting. To me money isn't the issue, the issue was that they made me wait two weeks and a day before calling to let me know for the charge. FORGET ABOUT IT, NEXT TIME BE ON FRONT.

I highly recommend Dr Sean Yu for dentistry work. He's professional and honest with a great staff. Appointments are ALWAYS on time never waiting around they definitely have their scheduling perfected.
