It would be 5 Stars but I was not happy that I had to pay for the service then submit to my insurance. Paid $600 for a tooth to be pulled then my insurance told me the office only submitted $400 instead of $600 I paid so my reimbursement was less. Thought that was odd and wonder if others might not notice the office collected more than they summited to my insurance?

When your hygienist recommends that you make an appointment with a gum specialist, that's enough to put me in an elevated anxious state. I have to say that my 1st appointment at Seacoast Perio put my anxiety to rest. I found the staff and Dr to be competent , skilled and had the not so common ability to put put me at ease. I would highly recommend Seacoast Periodontics.

Excellent practice, very well organized, very professional. I was impressed with Dr Rosania, he is friendly, personable, gives honest advice (not profit based, but in the patient's best interest). He would very very well in Boston of Manhattan or any large city. Portsmouth can be happy to have such a wonderful specialized dentist.

Very kind and professional. They were very thorough when examining my mouth, gave great advice on how to prevent further damage to my gums, and were honest in their assessment of when I might need medical treatment.

I went to the free extraction day in August to deal with a troublesome molar. I had been without dental insurance for a long time, and being between jobs at the time, could not afford to deal with it. They dealt with my problematic tooth with diligent care, and all the comfort that can be afforded when removing a nasty molar. Thanks to new family benefits I can start to see a dentist regularly again, and Seacoast Periodintics is top of my list for potential dentists

I just started going here recently but I have to say this place is incredible. Everyone I've talked to has been so nice and knowledgeable as well. The hygienist Hannah is one of the kindest people I've ever met--I had an unexpected panic attack scare at the appointment and she was so patient and helpful with me the entire time. I don't think I'd have been able to get through the appointment if it weren't for her. I feel so comfortable going here, they are the best!

This office is extremely welcoming and professional! Dr David is very gentle and kind. I've had one small procedure there and have a 2nd procedure coming up inJuly. I feel totally confident knowing I'm in they're hands! Everyone I've dealt with has been professional and kind!
