Dr. Timothy Finelli was raised in West Islip, NY. He attended Tufts University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Returning to Long Island for his dental training, Dr. Finelli graduated first in his class from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Immediately following dental school, he completed two years of training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Boston University. Since completing his residency in 2001, he has been a practicing orthodontist in a large pediatric practice located in Peabody, MA.
Dr. Finelli lives in Portsmouth with his wife Beth, daughter Annika, son Enzo, and their new addition, Tink the mastiff. Dr. Finelli enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his family at the beach.
Dr. Finelli's attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality of orthodontic care is reflected in the state of the art equipment and cutting edge technology available for his patient's diagnosis and treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, computers at each dental chair, digital radiographs, and photographic imaging. In addition, his office environment is designed to be warm, friendly, and service oriented. It is Dr. Finelli's number one priority to treat every person who enters the office in the manner in which he would like to be treated himself. As a father, Dr. Finelli wants the best care for his child, and he knows that the parents of his patients feel the same way.
Dr. Jennifer Siller grew up in Durham, NH and graduated as valedictorian of Oyster River High School.Following graduation, Dr. Siller spent 10 years in Philadelphia where she attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned a degree Cum Laude in Economics, a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and a certificate in Orthodontics. While in dental school, Dr. Siller was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and participated in the Medically Complex Clinic Honors Program. Upon graduation, Dr. Siller lived in New York City and worked as an orthodontist in private practice for three years. Dr. Siller is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Siller enjoys attending continuing education courses to stay abreast of the most recent advances in orthodontics.
Haddasah grew up on Long Island, NY. She graduated from West Islip High School and attended Western Connecticut State University, where she played soccer. Haddasah graduated in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in photography.
Early in her sophomore year she realized that she wanted to become a dental assistant, knowing that she loved to help people. Heather graduated from NHTI in Concord, NH. Little did she know that 30years later she would still love her job as much as she did the day she started!
Heather resides in Litchfield, NH with her husband Michael and three children, Scott Paul, Bryden Michael, and Mary Frances. She also enjoys taking care of the family pets; Chloe, a black Labrador, Copper, a Rottweiler, Chewy, a Lhasa Apso and Sapphire, a kitten.

We absolutely love them all - very friendly and knowledgeable staffs, Haddash to Heather to Dr Finelli to Dr Siller -they are truly the best -my daughter loved them all and they made it braces are super cool and fun -truly amazing services

Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this place. They are no better than Smile Direct. Shady business, and I'm having to spend even more $$ to address the problems that arose from my "treatment" here. They'd only give me a refund if I signed a legal waiver removing liability from them and I can't talk about what happened to anyone. Yeah, not happening. This place is sleazy, they don't care about anything but the $$. Also, if anyone ever tells you they can straighten your teeth without IPR (teeth shaving), or extractions, and your teeth are severely crowded (like mine were), DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I am pretty sure this is why I ended up with so much bone loss/bite issues in such a short amount of time, because they tried to straighten my teeth without making any room for them. Please, find a good (preferably board-certified) ortho that actually knows what they are doing, will monitor your case and spend the time with you during your appointments to make sure things are going as they should, and won't rip you off and throw a legal waiver at you if they mess up. Yes, they are a diamond provider, but all this means is they have a lot of open cases. It doesn't mean quality or care or that they go successfully. I got screwed and I am still incredibly angry about it all. Edit 02/01/2022 - They now also appear to be trying to bury my negative reviews with positive ones from their friends/family. Don't be fooled. Edit #2: In addition to everything else, they also damaged one of my front teeth because the assistant (not the ortho btw) used pliers to remove an attachment. Apparently pliers are NOT how most orthodontists remove Invisalign attachments, and because they used this method, I now have a pit/divit in the shape of the attachment on this tooth, plus it's sensitive now. They still have half of the money I paid for this nightmare, too.

Dr. Siller is great! She is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer all my questions during our visits. Her staff is welcoming, and the office is clean and bright. I would highly recommend Seacoast Orthodontics!

Couldn't be happier with Seacoast Orthodontics. They have been so helpful and accommodating with my both of my children. Everyone in the office is so friendly and my kids look forward to their appointments. Dr. Siller has gone above and beyond to make sure my family has received the best care.

Wonderful staff--very welcoming and friendly. Work with different treatments and are very flexible, even changing course when needed. Highly recommend Drs Siller and Finelli and all the staff!

We have had a wonderful experience with Seacoast orthodontics! I love that my daughter is always treated like family and she sees an orthodontist at each visit. She is a bit anxious and everyone in the office has made us feel so at home! I highly recommend this practice!

There is not enough words to express how grateful we are for the wonderful team both my children have had the pleasure of being taken care of by at Seacoast Orthodontics . They are extremely professional and diligent in their work as well as being wonderfully compassionate and caring. I had braces as a teenager but by adulthood my teeth had moved again and I hated them. At age 29 I decided I wanted to fix them and didn't want to do traditional braces again so I decided to try Invisalign. I am so happy with the experience and the results! The entire Secoast Orthodontics staff has been wonderful through the whole process and made it painless and easy. They are consistently friendly, professional, kind and supportive which is especially appreciated during this crazy time.

Excellent pediatric practice for braces and orthodontic work. Doctors are wonderful as is staff. Always friendly and patient and they really have gone out of their way to accommodate difficult scheduling issues. My 14 year old freshmen in HS started his Invisalign's 2 years ago ... he persevered with the help of Seacoast which included patience and a good sense of humor. His teeth look beautiful! I highly recommend this practice.
