If I could leave 0 star, I would! My daughter was referred for a frenectomy, this is time sensitive due to other needed treatments, my wife and I have been calling them for 2 weeks, only to always get an answering machine! We left several messages, asking them to call us back, yet they never did! How professional is this? If you can't accept new patients, at least be straightforward about it or call back when you get messages and stop wasting people's time! We're defo taking our daughter to another place!

Will not recommend anyone, no bedside manner at all. Rude and condescending, rushed patient in and out without proper aftercare instructions, didn't listen to the patient concerns, didn't bother to return my call. If I could give negative, I would.

I had an excellent experience with this practice start to finish. I was referred by my dentist. I was nervous and the kind staff made me feel at ease. Dr Pak was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had excellent communication skills. He was also kind and reassuring. I would highly recommend this practice 10/10

Dr. Pak and the rest of his staff has been very friendly, understanding, and patient with me. I'm not the easiest patient in the world, but they seem to get me taken care of every time. Nobody's excited to have oral surgery, but they make it as easy as it can be. Thank you very much everyone. Ken

I couldn't believe what I was reading in the other reviews! My experience was absolutely amazing! Each and every staff member was an absolute delight, especially the surgeon! He made me feel extremely comfortable! Heck yes I was in pain for some time, but I had four wisdom teeth removed and three were impacted! Needless to say, each and every time I called the front desk was just as pleasant answering my questions! I definitely would recommend this place, my experience was great! If they do dental implants, which I think they may, I'm going through Dr Pak again!

My tooth removal went so well I didn't even know it was out yet. Doctor said it might be difficult but it just came right out. As it was a lower tooth I was expecting pain after but it never came.

If I could give no stars I would but the world should hear this. I just had my wisdom teeth removed and when I went in it was a great experience the staff was great. They numbed me up and the surgeon (I won't mention names) said to me "I'm just gonna take a look and feel around" next thing I know Im getting needles in my gums. So like any person would react I got scared and i was crying to tell them to stop and yelling because it hurt so bad... the surgeon then yelling at me saying I can't have you yelling and screaming and kicking like that. Literally screaming at me. I wish I left right then and there. I had to calm down because I was shaking so bad... before this procedure I had my left wisdom teeth removed last year and that surgeon made sure I was aware of every move he was making. I do not recommend this place at all. Not worth my drive from Manchester and Rochester. No way. I haven't received any pain after the fact but if I was a surgeon taking someone's teeth out and they are awake I would make sure they were aware of each move I am making EVEN IF THEY ARE NUMB!! I honestly wasn't even numb when he stuck the first needle in my gum. I wouldn't trust this place AT ALL.

I was scheduled to have an extraction with Dr. Pak by a dentist in the Lakes Region. Dr. Pak's office told me they were going to contact the referring dentist and have my x-rays sent. Approximately 5 days later, when I arrived for my consultation with Dr. Pak, the x-rays were not received. Dr. Pak took another x-ray of my entire mouth; a panoramic. We discussed extracting two teeth. Dr. Pak did not consult with me regarding the molar extraction, but I went to get a second opinion from a dentist in Dover. This dentist suggested I have a bone graft on the molar, so I could place an implant for better chewing stability. The Dover dentist explained if the one remaining molar was to receive all the force of chewing it would likely break. I was wondering why Dr. Pak did not discuss this issue with me during the consult. My Dover dentist gave me a paper to give Dr. Pak. I presented the paper to the lady in the office upon my arrival. When I was taken back for the extraction, a young woman told me I would be expected to pay an extra $525.00 for the bone graft, or Dr. Pak would not do the graft. I explained that I was not aware of the additional payment, and I did not have that much money with me at the time of the appointment. She suggested I reschedule with the office, stating I would likely be put in the following day. I chose to do this, but the only appointment was for approximately 3 weeks later. The front desk assured me I would get scheduled sooner. The day before my appointment, I received a certified letter stating I was not a good fit for Dr. Pak's office. When I called, the office staff would not provide me with any details as to why I was cancelled and not a good fit. I requested they speak with Dr. Pak and get back to me, but their response was that Dr. Pak would not provide me with more detail. I expressed my concern that no one called me to let me know my appointment was cancelled and I would need to find a new Oral Surgeon. Again, the response was that they mailed a certified letter to me to tell me. I am in pain and will need to have another consultation and surgery scheduled with a new Oral Surgeon. I am very disgusted by the inconsiderate treatment I received with both the consultation with Dr. Pak, who I believe should have pointed out the concerns of chewing on the remaining molar. He (Dr. Pak) also provides implant and the bone grafts, so I do not understand why he did not think it was worth mentioning to me, his patient. Likewise, I do not appreciate Dr. Pak allowing me to go almost 3 additional weeks without the surgery. My cavities are very deep and are now hurting me. If for no other reason, I paid $50.00 for the visit that I rescheduled, and I believe that was worthy of a phone call to save me time and pain. I would not use Dr. Pak for any services that he provides. He certainly did not show any consideration to me as a patient. I did render payment, he did not render any remedy, or consideration to me.

I had to have an emergency extraction during covid. This was the only place open. I paid out of pocket and they refused to bill any of it despite the fact that Dr. Pam openly admitted if the tooth remained in, the swelling would close my throat. The doctor was rude upon my second follow up visit and actually yelled at me for crying because I was still in pain a week later. The call center staff are incredibly rude. I'm not sure what everyone's problem is there but the only decent person was the medical assistant. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Very professional, easy to work with and caring bunch of people. Helpful with questions I had and very to the point which I greatly appreciate in medical professionals. Thanks Dr. Pak, Kaitlyn and the rest of the team for a low-stress experience. Definitely recommend this office! Best regards, Jesse Dodier

I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before my extraction! My experience was just fine. They were professional, kind and explained what they were doing as they did it. I received a phone call later on that day checking up on me. No one wants to go through an extraction but they put my mind at ease and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Thank you Dr PAC and your entire staff!!

I would highly recommend them. They fit my father in for an emergency extraction. They were very thorough going over his medical history. I found everyone very professional and kind.
