Today was my 1st appointment and I had a very pleasant experience. Great office! Everyone there is friendly & accommodating. Dr was very thorough with my exam and my cleaning felt great! A much better experience that I have had than the past dental offices I've been to. Thank you SeaCliff Dental!

My 9 year old daughters first real dental experience. Dr. Soltani was patient, caring and sympathetic. His staff braided her hair after the procedure. It's rare for me to write a review, this experience was deserving. Thank you #cavitiessuck

Bad service, very rude when answering simple questions, left a tip on my tooth that destroys floss, I went back several times to fix it and the dentist couldn't find the problem. Cleaning is very lazy.

In June 2020 I visited Dr Aslani for the first time. He did a root canal on one of my teeth. During the root canal not using a dam, my gums showed reaction to one of the dental material and I got a wound right above the tooth he was working on. The wound didn't go away for three-four weeks. (Normally mouth wounds should go away on their own in a week or so.) Also when his assistant was trying to put the temporary on my tooth she put a Cotten roll on the tooth and the tooth right next to it and asked me to bite hard, therefore the adjacent tooth broke! I heard the crack right away and later on I realized that the tooth was broken! I was devastated for months! I had a wound which was weirdly not going away and I had a broken tooth in a very visible spot on my upper jaw. After a month when the wound went away he put the crown on the root canal treated tooth. He filled another tooth as well with a very uneven wall that floss gets in it all the time and he didn't file it because the contact would be even worse than what it is now. He was giving me a smirk every time there was an issue and was telling me that I take things too seriously! For the simple process of filing down of a high crown he made me go back two times in pain after putting the crown on the tooth! ... Now after two years the tooth with the crown that he treated is raised and is very painful! I had to go two times in emergency to dental clinic in two days. I had to see a dentist and (with so many calls and begging) an endodontic. I had to take one regular X-ray and one 3D X-ray (which means 190 pictures which means a big exposure to X-ray!) and I had to spend so much just for the X-rays and dr consultation to find out that he has forgotten to empty one of the roots! The root has infected and also effected my sinus! I need to wait 13 days to see the endodontic to retreat the root canal! I have to take heavy painkillers and antibiotics to keep the pain in control and I have to spend another root canal cost for the same tooth! and if I'm lucky they'll save the tooth but there is a chance that I lose it! and then another extraction and another implant!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The office is a bit dated, to those who care about that kind of thing. The reason for the low rating is largely related to being told I needed a deep cleaning along with a couple cavities filled, with cleanings every 3 months following the procedure. I wasn't thrilled with the news and was so frustrated despite my diligent oral hygiene care. After seeking out second opinions by two other dentists, I had no need for fillings nor a deep cleaning. The second opinions emphasized that the need for a deep cleaning was so unnecessary that insurance may not even cover the procedure due to the x-rays showing no evidence. As a new patient in a new city, its easy to be taken advantage of and so disheartening. Very glad I went with my gut and sought a second opinion. I hope this story/review acts as a warning for other new patients.

SeaCliff dental has an amazing team! Everything from the call to make appointments for myself and my daughter to the end of my appointment was awesome! The staff is very friendly and professional! Both my daughter and myself felt very comfortable during our first visit!

This dental office is wonderful. I have been a patient here for many years and have never once wanted to change my dentist even though I live in Sacramento. The atmosphere is great and all the staff are so friendly. The doctor is wonderful. I feel truly grateful for being a patient at Seacliff Dental and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Soltani is personable, knowledgeable, and just plain kind. He takes the time to get to know you, and walk you through your dental health. The staff are all professional & kind. Plus, the office is right down from the beach, so you can have a little walk after the visit as you shake off the discomfort of a deep cleaning.
