I cannot recommend this place enough. The team is gentle, professional, attentive, and caring. They seem to truly care about the comfort and safety of the children. Dr. Mike Meador is knowledgeable, careful and incredible at his job. The wait times are short and they have always been able to get my daughter right in. My daughter never complains about going to the dentist. This is the place I wish I had went to as a kid. Highly impressed every time we visit.

Today we saw Dr. Mike for my 5 year old for tooth pain. The staff was absolutely amazing and did so well with my son. They encouraged him, explained everything to him, and were so kind in general. They came highly recommended and obviously for good reasons!

My children were patients for years, then Covid hit, then we moved up to Stockton, Al which would have been over an hour drive for us to continue to go to Sea Smiles in Foley. I called to make an apt for both my children who have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, NOT medicaid and they informed me that they are too old to be excepted as new patients!! Say WHAT?? New Patients?? I was so confused bc they had been patients for years and now all of a sudden they would be considered new patients because the last Dr. visit was in 2020 they would be considered "new patients" now they are too old for them to except or should I say "re-except" them. I am so disappointed!! My children loved coming here and I will say the Dr. and the dental assistants were always super nice. I would have never had a problem giving them a 5 star rating before this happened. However after the phone call today, it really showed me how unimportant previous patients are to them. Plus the lady that answered the phone when I called was not very pleasant and had zero explanation except for "They will be considered new patients now and they are too old now for us to even take as new patients"! They sure had no problem taking all of our money before when we weren't "New patients" I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and that other "previous patients" won't be treated the same way.

We've had a great experience here so far. In and out very quickly (30 minutes for a routine visit). The staff have been very friendly and they're good with my little one while also explaining everything they're doing. We also don't have to fill out tons of paperwork each time we come in. Makes it easy on me and my little!

Took my freshly turned 1-year-old here for her first dentist visit ever. Everything was very quick and prompt, and the staff was very informative and took time to answer any questions I had. Very good experience!

I highly recommend Sea Smiles, their staff is friendly and my 4 year old has enjoyed each visit. We didn't have to wait at all, the entire office is clean and welcoming.

Very blessed to have such a wonderful pediatric dental group in Foley that accepts medicaid. So appreciate the dental care they've given my grandsons. Highly recommend!

This office is awesome. The hygienist are so sweet and very kind. Everyone is very friendly and well mannered, including the dentist. Their office is very clean too. My Son loves going here. We are so glad we found them.

Very seldom do I review.. however, this is needed. Awful! My debit card got hacked.. no big deal, cancel it and order a new one. Take cash, life goes on. I show up for my daughters appointment remembering it as $3xx and bring adequate cash funds. We walk in couple mins early as the desk lady walks away even though she sees me and says nothing. Again, no big deal. The second desk girl walks up and says "name?" I give her my daughters. She types it in and says "today's appointment will be $364." I hand her $400 to which she says "I don't have change." I tell her I'm sorry that's all I have. After some dirty looks she says the lady will "have to deal with me." The other lady comes back and I offer the $400 again and she is blushed face angry.. it's genuinely bizzaro! She tells me to go to the gas station to which I said no thank you. She says, "you knew how much this appointment was." She literally blames me for not having precisely $364 which I couldn't even remember what it was exactly until the first girl told me today's visit. Gladly, there's only one person in the waiting room watching this embarrassment. She then offers to credit the difference to my child's next visit which would have been ok if I hadn't decided 30 embarrassing seconds prior we were never coming back. She whips her mask off and says, "I'm not dealing with you." She walks away. I hear sitting down in the waiting room, "tell him to just go get change, ha ha ha." And that's when I asked for my money back and for the dentist to call me. She said, "that was the dentist." Holy cow! The most unprofessional experience I've ever, ever experienced at a dentist!! Go anywhere else!! Bad bad bad!!!

We love Sea Smiles! Both the orthodontics and dentist services are amazing. Everyone that works there takes time to do the job right and have been great with my kids. Highly recommend them!
