Dr. Amanda began her higher education at Syracuse University where she studied biology and economics. She then completed a dual degree at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a master's degree in public health and a doctorate in dental medicine. At Temple University, Dr. Amanda went on to complete her pediatric training. She always knew she wanted to go into pediatrics and found herself drawn to dentistry because of the artistry, creativity, and the patient interaction it allows.
Dr. Amanda hopes to be able to make all of her patients and families feel as comfortable as possible while delivering the best quality of care. Working with kids allows Dr. Amanda to exercise her imagination and have fun with her patients.Dr. Amanda hopes to be known for her excellent parallel parking skills and her work in community outreach. While at University of Pennsylvania, she created an organization called Day Id Service that allows students to volunteer in the Philadelphia community. Through this program, she was able to volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House, Philabundance, Morris Animal Refuge, Books Through Bars, the Spring Into Health Community Fair, Families Forward, and the YMCA.

My girls love coming to Sea of Smiles! The staff and doctors are so friendly and take their time explaining everything! We've been going for several years now and are very happy.

Sea of Smiles is amazing! My children have been coming here for as long as I can remember, the staff is so nice and kind and they make your children feel so comfortable. While waiting they always have the best Disney movies on for the kids to watch, they also have great books. The office is so clean and bright with colors. My children always look forward to their next appointment.

Everyone is so nice at Sea of Smiles. My kids felt comfortable while getting their teeth checked/cleaned bc of the super friendly staff as well as the kid friendly movie playing.

Loved Allie and Dr Lewis ! Always a great experience in this office. Patient and explained everything to my little Patient ahead of time. It makes the experience easier, and she wants to go back!!

Highly recommend Dr.Raj at Sea of Smiles. My son has had cavities filled twice (age 6) and Dr.Raj made the experience so easy. He is caring, gentle and explains everything so clearly. Plus, the office is so clean and kids get easily occupied watching the fun movies that play on all the TVs. Couldn't say enough nice things about this place!

I am so grateful that I found Dr Raj & Sea Of Smiles. My daughter has special needs and he is amazing with her. Going to the Dentist is no longer a fear of hers. I would highly recommend & will never take her anywhere else. the entire staff is so friendly, just a great environment & overall wonderful experience!

Our first visit was terrific! Dr. Raj and his staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The office is professional, clean, and efficient. There was personalization to the visit, and I felt genuine care for my children's dental health. The kids also reflected on how much they liked this office, in comparison to others, and no issues with returning in 6 months. Thank you for a great experience!

Everyone from the front desk staff, managers, to the dentist are amazing here. My 4yr old recently had to have her tooth pulled. I was expecting tears, instead she walked out smiling. Dr. Amanda is amazing!

Their personable interactions and enthusiasm helped my anxious daughter enjoy her second experience at the dentist. Who ever thought the dentist could be fun?! Staff was very friendly, hygienists and doctor took their time answering questions and discussing concerns. And my young girls (one first time) had a great time in their sparkly chairs and sunglasses - lots of praise and playing during the cleanings - as well as stickers and a special coin for the prize machine. A very pleasant experience! The best part - both girls were eager to brush their teeth with their new toothpaste and toothbrushes that evening. Thank you!

Somehow my 5 year old daughter always looks forward to her dentist appointments. She enters their office smiling and leaves smiling. 'Sea of Smiles' could not be more fitting. Dr. Raj and his team are the best! I highly recommend.

Great dental place for my four kids. We've been clients for years. One of my boys was over 17 and had to unavail their service, too bad! Great, cheerful and patient reception staff. And the office hours work best for my working schedules. Shout out to Dr. Louis, my kids favorite dentist! His interaction with kids makes them comfortable and at ease...same goes with all their dental hygienists. To you all, keep up the great work and keep smiling!

I took my daughter to Sea of Smiles in Yardley for her first couple dentist visits. There were no issues until she went from no cavities to 8 and I was told they would give her "a little drink to put her in a twilight state" (this is not a proper explanation IMO, what drugs are you talking about giving my child???) PARENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE WITH THEIR CHILD DURING PROCEDURES OTHER THAN CLEANINGS AND CHECKS. I'm thankful that parents are permitted in the back during cleanings and checks as I noticed the xrays they took were garbage, they were blurry and out of focus and should have been retaken. This was the second visit where they took poor quality xrays. I voiced my concern over the xray quality at the most recent visit and the Dr dismissed my concern. I will be taking my daughter to a different dentist "It is our policy" with no clear explanation on why parents cannot accompany their young children during procedures in addition to dismissing my concern over poorly executed xrays. So many red flags that I'm posting a review when I never do. Simply put, I dont take my pets to a veterinarian that dosent allow me with my pet, I absolutely will not continue to take my daughter to a Dentist that has that policy.

I've taken my kids to Sea of Smiles for about 4 years and it's an excellent practice. The dentists are very knowledgeable and were immediately able to resolve an issue that had been made worse by our previous dentist. The dentists are professional yet personable, very good at explaining things, and very caring. When my son had an extraction, I called after hours with a concern and was able to speak with Dr Raj and email photos to him. He was very accessible and reassuring. We also love that the office is bright and cheerful and clean, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful and great with children. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so friendly! They immediately make kids feel comfortable to be there. I had such bad experiences taking my children to other dentist, they would cry the whole time. Since our first visit at Sea of Smiles they don't even mind going to the dentist. Would highly recommend!
