Kind reception and staff, The dentist also did an awesome job making my cracked tooth comfortable while I wait to get into a specialist. My tooth feels much better today compared to when I went in!

Why are they so unhappy and rude on the phone? Had a dental emergency with extreme pain, it's mid June and she asked if I was available at the end of November. She obviously did not want to help anyone and literally told me to go somewhere else if I wanted sooner. She seemed mad at me for calling. This is not dentistry or healthcare.

They allowed my identity to get stolen, and won't help me with my abscessed tooth. This place is garbage and should be held accountable

HORRIBLE. The lady on the phone tells me the walk-ins start at 7:30. I went there around 7:15 in the morning as a walk-in emergency, and the lady told me that no one was there and to come back at 8am when the doors open. A couple months later I try to schedule an appointment for an extraction but they won't do it, I have to have an annual exam first, and then they will schedule another appointment for the extraction. Why not just book me for the exam and extraction, that I already know I need, at the same time? Completely incompetent, avoid this location like the plague.

Good cleaning good doctors compassionate however receptionist Mel is the rudest and condescending to patiants and staff members i witnessed her rudeness in many occasions

My daughter had an emergency abscess couple weeks before covid and they temporarily fixed it when covid came my daughter has been waiting to get it fixed; well the temp fell out and she is in major pain so we called today to see if they could help. The lady was so rude she tried to say months wait! When my daughter asked if she could get help sooner because of exposed root pain the lady hung up on her!

I was very very afraid to go to this dentist office after seeing the star reviews on google. I have apple health and a severely broken open infected tooth that was just getting worse and worse. I tried out the new nohn place first. I had to wait about a month and a half for the first appointment there. And they took a million xrays that day. The dentist was too busy and just talked to me for about 2 minutes before telling me if i got a root canal I have to pay out of pocket around 1-2k. And scheduled me for a cleaning in another couple weeks to a month. A couple weeks later my tooth got so bad that thanksgiving weekend I called and they were closed the entire 4 days after Thanksgiving. So I just walked into seamar and begged them to just take out as they WERE open still. They only had one doctor and one nurse that day but even then they were very kind and assuring. Got an exray and got to the point. I was scheduled for 5 days later as it's all they had which was fine with me. I came in. We set up and we got the tooth out. They did just what I asked for and were very kind. I didnt pay a dime as it went onto my insurance. They dont really do root canals or put you under but I didnt expect anything like that. For a busy office that has to treat a lot of low income emergency stuff I was satisfied!

I called before going in. It was Thanksgiving weekend so my regular dentist was closed. I explained to them that I had a fever and an abscessed tooth. They asked me to come in. I waited in their waiting room for 4 hours. When It was my turn to be seen, they saw me for 3 minutes and said I had an abscessed tooth and they cannot do anything for abscesses there. They told me to call someone in Sequim on Tuesday. They asked me to come in. I explained to them what the problem was before I ever went down there. If they do not treat abscessed teeth at their clinic then they should not ask people to come in. I was in tears after waiting 4 hours and paying over 100 dollars to be told they couldn't treat me. I ended up in the emergency room that night with a high fever and had to be put on intravenous antibiotics. I was in an emergency situation. The hospital said I was lucky I didn't get sepsis.

I've been employee and it also I am a patient there So I like to give my opinion is a my kids are also patients Dr. Em is amazing compassionate very good doctor provides great care To my family and to all his patients very detail just a good human being the assistants That I had the pleasure to work with and that every time assisted on my family Always been amazing as well very trough explaining treatment planAnd very professional as well I recommend this place to everybody Working there was a pleasure and very for filling to be able to help our community and to see the work of Dr. Em Was a pleasure as well he treats his patience and assistance as human beings so that's very refreshing to see very nice very gentle guy and very smart as well

It has been a long time since I have witnessed a skilled practitioner be as kind to his patients as Dr. Riojas... no matter how demanding his schedule might be, he never fails to surprise with personalized bedside manner as well as great attention to details. Ladies in the front & back office are so genuinely kind, gentle in their approach, and carrying that every encounter is nothing short of pleasure. I must say this type of thorough care is very rare and is truly refreshing.

They got me in the next day with my tooth having missing half of it and in pain and took it out same day. Doctor was straight forward and was nice will be using them for now on.

This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been too. They damaged a tooth doing a procedure and did nothing to fix it. They are incompetent, rude and the last time a dentist yelled at me and told me to go somewhere else if I did not like the service. I went to get a cleaning from my main dentist when I got there the dentist was out they changed everything and when I felt uncomfortable with the situation I was attacked by a terribly unprofessional "dentist" who yelled at me that he was a professional and i will do what he says. This is beyond horrible- stay away from them. I have also filed three formal complaints against them but Sea Mar does NOTHING, corrupt, incompetent, dangerous, unfriendly. THE WORST

Wow...Dr. Thomas Elm really, really needs to work on his patient skills. My instincts were going haywire when he was examining me. Talking about you in the third person and making crass comments to name a few. Receptionist was really nice but overall experience was jarring.

It has been a long time since I have witnessed a skilled practitioner be as kind to his patients as Dr. Riojas... no matter how demanding his schedule might be, he never fails to surprise with personalized bedside manner as well as great attention to details. Ladies in the front & back office are so genuinely kind, gentle in their approach, and carrying that every encounter is nothing short of pleasure.
