My daughter was able to get braces because of Sea Mar dental in Mount Vernon. We loved our orthodontist and her teeth are beautiful now!

It is a free clinic and if you get in they do they best they can I have had some good experiences here and some not so good I am just happy to have a place someone without dental insurance can go and have some work done on teeth that I did not take the best care of worked on

Absolutely the WORST medical experience of my life. I had an infection in my gums so I went in for an emergency appointment. They said they would have to pull my tooth and set up another appointment for an extraction. I asked if I'd need antibiotics beforehand and they said no. So I came in the next week to have my tooth pulled and told the dentist and assistant upfront that I need a lot more Novocain than most people. They didn't give me enough and I was in excruciating pain the entire time. I could feel them sawing into my tooth and was literally sobbing, shaking, screaming, and hyperventilating the entire time. But they kept assuring me it shouldn't hurt and that I was doing fine. Aside from it being the most pain I've ever felt in my life, they again didn't prescribe me antibiotics, despite the whole purpose being to stop the infection. Fast forward two days and the roof of my mouth has become a cratered, gray and yellow, pus filled mess. My whole body ached and I was getting a fever. I called sea mar to ask for antibiotics and they told me a dentist would call back immediately. That was 2 days ago and I still haven't heard back from them. I finally went to the ER for antibiotics, which seem to be helping. This experience has been so horrible that now I'm in counseling. I refuse to ever go back there again. The only reason I went in the first place is because it's the only place that takes my insurance.

They were prompt and seemed like they had the whole covid regulations covered. I felt safe entering the establishment considering the whole world is under a health scare.

Went in with a broken tooth on sat and they told us to set up an appointment on a Tues because they couldn't see us without a check up. Going to an ACTUAL emergency care in Everett who gave us a same day appointment. Don't claim to be emergency care if people have to wait 4 days because you have six cars in the parking lot.

I agree with the negative reviews, I had the worst experience EVER!! They left an exposed tooth, I called because it was cutting my lip, how long do you think I was supposed to wait for them to either extract or smooth that tooth out? 3 months!!! I called them crying because the pain was unbearable, I couldn't even talk, much less eat. Imagine the pain I was going through. Luckily I had another dentist fix that issue for me the next day, they were so friendly at that other dental office. They were my life savers God bless them. And I received a call from SeaMar dental to remind me of my appointment tomorrow. Really? that issue was taken care of 3 months ago...did they really think I was going to wait that long? They are crazy. If I could give them a negative star, I would. Never going back there again!

Worst treatment of a customer I've ever seen. The receptionist was condescending and rude. She was on the phone when I approached to hand her my form, so I stood by and waited patiently with my paper on the counter. I proceeded to talk to my mom, and didn't notice when the receptionist got off the phone, as she immediately started talking to me without addressing me or getting my attention. My mom noticed, eventually, and told the woman I wasn't paying attention because we didn't know she was talking to me. The woman looked me in the eye and said "Are you paying attention now? Are you listening? Who else would I be talking to?" like I was a thorn in her rear end. Eventually, I got in to see the dentist, and I saw him for about a total of two minutes. I got x-rays with the assistant, the dentist approached and asked if I had any pain, I said yes, he said "alright", turned around to look at the x-rays, and walked away. It was then explained to us that Seamar has a total of 60 dentists at that facility, meaning I would likely NEVER see the same person twice. When I asked for the dentist again, I was told he was busy. We then left with no answers, and a referral to a clinic that not only doesn't handle cases like mine, and was never even told about our referral.

Not very nice customer service. I was trying to reach the dental office and the phone rang and rang and no answer so I called the number again and after 3 minutes a receptionist answered and I explained that I called the dental office twice and no answer she said they were short staffed and transferred me back to the dental line with no answer of course. I was not impressed, I wanted to ask a question and didn't even have a chance to talk.
